I ordered a ring over 2 months ago they took payment the same day and still no ring . Customer service very bad and every week lie after lie about my order. I recommend people to never buy from here as so far very bad experience with this company.

Ordered a 60 pound chain was out of stock long replies did happen for 3 weeks but was given a chain more expensive and a ring on top. Best thing is to go to store

Although the delivery was a bit late I can’t fault the quality of items that were sent,very happy with it and will be purchasing some bits in the near future

They sent a faulty chain. Took loads of back and fourth, emails and phone calls. They eventually blocked my number, only got my money back after two months through PayPal. Worst company I have ever dealt with

Ordered a ring for my sons birthday, they messaged me to say out of stock and to choose another, we did and that was out of stock! So asked for a refund. Still awaiting response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

What an absolute waste of time this company is. I ordered off them for a birthday, I never heard anything so I called them I was asked did I not get a message I told him no and he said it was out of stock choose another which I did I was told he would sort it straight away I asked when I would get and I was told Friday morning and of course it never arrived I have messaged and rang him but have had no response, I would not recommend this ‘company’ they take your money but you get nothing in return an absolute scam!!

Been 5 days I haven’t got my ring I ordered and they have also been slow on replying and I have a strong feeling they won’t send me my money back after the weird “2 week” wait they said I’d have to wait. Terrible company do not buy from here ever!

Icejewlz is a scam site they dont have the product the claim to have and the free shipping to european union is a lie your order status will only changed to shipped with out tracking number it will take a month before you hear from them and they never response to your email or call until you file a charge back then they will response and they will tell you that the order is out stock but they will replace with different thing which and if you tell them you want your money back they will give you a fake tracking number which contains nothing more than chain all they need is to prove that your order was delivered stay away i lose 450 EUROS

The customer service is terrible i ordered a ring on the 23rd of July 2018 and it said next day delivery because i like in the uk so i thought great 1 week passes i thought yes the next day delivery was free so maybe something had happened i email them to ask when will my ring be arriving and they told me it was not in stock but they hadn't given me anything to tell me it was not in stock they said i could pick a new ring and i looked but didnt like any so i told them no id like a refund it is now the 7th of August and still no refund but plenty of my emails going through to them if you are going to buy from ice jewlz DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE WEBSITE go to the jewellers.
