After initial problems with order not being in stock, then wrong order sent out, I'm happy to say that Yazmin dealt with the issues promptly. Today I took delivery of the chain and pendant I ordered, plus a baguette cut Tennis Chain as a goodwill gesture! My son's response when he saw the Tennis Chain...... its 'Drip💧'.

Good customer service when I came to exchange my item

Had a few issues getting the ring my son ordered was told it was on the way but apparently was addressed to someone else delivered to a total different city after checking with royal mail but fair play to the icejewlz.com team after 2 phone calls my item was redispatched and my son was very happy lad. Honestly I just think they have more orders than they can manage and if they sort their teams out better they have a long lasting business with a prosperous future ahead.

Ordered a ring that was out of stock so they gave me an upgrade at no added cost. Really friendly and nice people and rings were great

Untrustworthy, incompetent and bare faced liars. Ordered a chain in October, I got a call from them the following day telling me that the item was not in stock, they offered me alternatives, to which I said no. I asked for a refund. Put it this way, I kept contacting them for my refund and the same old answer, the manager has to authorise. This has not happened. Then after another call, despite no authorisation they sent me the chain so I had to go to the expense of returning it back and I had to do this through recorded delivery. Through their incompetence and constant lies, I have had to refer this to PayPal in the hope that I might get my money back. I would not refer my worst enemy to use them.

I placed an order on black friday, recieved the item with a happy face.
