I used to be a regular customer of…

I used to be a regular customer of Iceland but since covid19 there delivery service is shocking . Twice in the last year I ordered from them and items were either wrong or missing , they even left all meat products. As I was not feeling well I decided to try them again but the order did not turn up. When I phoned customer service they were very unhelpful, first time left me holding for nearly 40 Minutes, then when I phoned back still very un helpful . In the end phoned the store who were again very un helpful they didn’t seem to know where there driver was all they said it had been delayed in the end got so fed up asked for a refund. Well done Iceland another customer lost. This mum will not be certainly not going back to Iceland .

Excellent service once again..

Excellent service from Iceland once again via their online orders, I could have had a slot the next morning, free delivery over £40, £2 back for every £20 I put on my Bonus Card and only 1 item unavailable. The so called big stores could learn a lot from them!

I placed an order online with my local…

I placed an order online with my local store in Camborne, Cornwall. It was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 5 pm. Just after 5pm I checked my account online and it stated that the order had been delivered yet I had not received it. I attempted to contact the store who didn’t answer the telephone and also contacted customer services who were useless to be honest. Eventually my husband came home from work and went to the store to investigate. He spoke to an assistant manager who was totally incompetent and was told that they didn’t have any delivery drivers and offered no explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted. An afternoon wasted chasing an order that wasn’t going to be received. Apparently the store hadn’t had a driver for days which raises the question as to why my order was accepted for delivery the day before.

Iceland’s food delivery

Been using Iceland’s for frozen food, surprised to find out they deliver wider range of goods than just frozen. Today had a couple of products damaged, phoned local store in Bradley Stoke, very apologetic staff member and they sent a driver back the same day with replacements and gave me a couple of extras to say sorry. Excellent service I shall be using again. Thanks.

Good service and prices

Good service, friendly drivers and very good online customer service. Downside is some things like individual ice creams arrive battered and they don’t usually do substitute items. Well done Iceland Livingston and thanks for all your service during the pandemic . I wish the shop did a larger choice so I could do all my shopping with them. Good sturdy carrier bags too.

Not sure how many people actually know this but I sure hope most do....

The problem I have is most bags now only say packed for Iceland foods uk or Dublin but that don’t mean the chicken has come from the uk :/ they need to sort this issues out because I don’t wanna eat chicken from Thailand

I placed an order with Iceland foods…

I placed an order with Iceland foods last night at about 9pm and it arrived on the doorstep this morning at 9am, and no substitute items. Wow!!! What an excellent service...thank you Iceland. This is the first time I have used your delivery service 🚚 and I will surely be using you again. PERFECT!

Iceland We meltdown and don't deliver

Delivery did not turn up out of the blue, I am a vulnerable person and rely on online shopping. Contacting customer service never replied. Money was taken from my account. I have no choice but to continue to use the service as they are the only company I could get delivery spots with, but my recommendation is avoid at all costs.

Never use Iceland delivery service…

Never use Iceland delivery service again. Left high and dry with no delivery and no money. No point of contact on their phone as they were shut down. Where is the logic . Sent email and received email reply Please do not contact us again as it will lengthen reply times . Are they joking

Absolutely amazing service!

Absolutely amazing service throughout the lockdown! Being a vulnerable customer, I have and will continue to rely on my shopping needs via Icelands and I honestly can't fault how blooming fantastic they have been! Waltham Cross is my local branch and I would personally like to thank each and every employee who has catered and delivered to my family. In the first few weeks stock was limited and a few teething problems were had, but that was to be expected and I fully understood the pressure that was placed on Icelands and all of the wonderful employees they are blessed with, who were trying to work in such a life changing episode in all of our lives.
Some reviewers are being extremely harsh and tbh they need to have a reality check! Mistakes can and do happen in ALL walks of life, improvements are also part and package of that, but during a pandemic I can only imagine just how difficult things have been trying to feed a nation, when the supply chain is low/halted, having an influx of new customers, along with having temporarily lost employees because they have had to sheild. Icelands could have shut its doors to us all during this pandemic, but they DIDN'T!
I am truly grateful for everything they have done and continue to do for my family and the thousands of other families out there!

Isolated and have to do online food…

Isolated and have to do online food shopping. My first experience was good - some items not available - but was sent a voucher for my next shop. So tried again. What a disaster. Scheduled order for 10-12 yesterday but van broke down so rescheduled for 12-2. OK, couldn't be helped. Order duly arrived minus my frozen food which had been delivered by mistake to another customer!
Have to say courteous and pleasant delivery driver. So called missing delivery was sent late afternoon with, unbelievably, two items still missing. Called Kingswood Bristol branch and spoke to a very rude shop assistant. When I suggested an apology might be in order and some sort or recompense for the fact that I had to stay in all day and the inconvenience, he said "you will get only what you ordered and paid for - nothing else".....and still no apology.
The missing items arrived about 7 with replacement bananas which had been close to rotten. Frustratingly I found that every channel for complaints was blocked. I have emailed David Devaney who is Chief Digital &
Customer Officer but I very much doubt I will get a reply.
Come on Iceland you can do better than this.

A very rude Worthing delivery driver…

A very rude Worthing delivery driver walked into my shared access front door whilst I was emptying the bin during lock down. This is a small terraced house not a block of flats. He didn't ring my neighbours bell just walked in with no facemask on. He said he had a right to come into our property. I said I would complain to his company, he said see if I care you won't get hold of anyone! He was right customer service 0!! You couldn't phone in and no one answered my 3 emails! I will not be shopping at Iceland from now on. They put all 4 flats at risk with this delivery driver!

Lazy delivery driver! Horrendous customer service , Bath store

I have a large family, also helping elderly neighbor get essentials so ordered from Iceland for today between 11-1pm had 2 text messages saying on way, then running late. Finally I saw the van driving by on my cctv so opened front door, he just drove straight passed, then 1 min later sent a text stating he couldn’t access a parking space to deliver??? I’ve sent a message to him, pictures of a huge space to park and side entrance parking? I’ve emailed, tweeted, Instagram messaged, filled online form. No response at all. But Iceland immediately marked the delivery completed and took payment from my bank. Disgusting! So now I’ve had to go and get food, spending more money I don’t have at this time as furloughed NatWest we’re great tho and are looking into stopping the payment as it’s not allowed when goods not received. I’ll never shop ICELAND again.

Usually have brilliant service BUT NOT TODAY

Usually have brilliant service, am self isolating due to my son heart condition and have just had my shopping dumped on my doorstep nearly an hour early... half of it is missing, no way of calling them and not holding much hope in a response from e mail. They have taken my money and havent delivered my food, now have incomplete order and no extra money to replace... wouldn't use again...

Excellent service at this difficult time

Whenever I have shopped at Iceland, they have been excellent in their customer care. During this awful time, when other supermarkets are making it difficult for people who must shield themselves, as I do, but are not on 'the list', Iceland food store has stepped up even more! They have made it so that people like me, a diabetic in my 60s, not able to go out as in the 'high risk' category, to order and receive almost everything ordered quickly. Also, kept me informed by email.

I cannot thank enough, the people who came up with their idea on deliveries, the staff who have obviously, taken care picking the order and the cheerful, polite, delivery driver who unloaded from his van and put the bags at my doorstep in super quick time. I am super impressed and so grateful that I have supplies for the next 2 weeks or so. A great big THANK YOU! to everyone at Iceland foods.

Just been to Iceland since Tuesday…

Just been to Iceland since Tuesday prices have gone up by 50p + Iceland make enough money from customers as it is now we left the EU up go food prices things are bad enough in the UK without food prices going up stay away from buying there frozen fish looks good till it's cooked then it's half the size reason they add water to the food make it look large
