I love this shop, it was everything I couldnt buy from the official Pokémon Center shop, because they wouldnt ship to Germany back then. The only downside is that you cant pay with PayPal, but that's not too much of a problem (at least not anymore after getting a credit card).

and I cannot recommend Ichiba Japan enough!
The Delivery costs are decent, shipping is extremly fast, even if you choose the longer delivery time (I ordered something with ca. 2 Months waiting time and got it in a week!) and the stuff is authentic!
I got a shiny Gyarados Plushie thats only available in Hiroshima how cool is that???

Brought a fuwafuwa daki Pokemon Center Umbreon plush as it was sold out on the UK PC store. Shipping was quick, tracked and arrived earlier than the expected delivery date! The plush is authentic and I’m very happy with the plush and service. I will definitely use them again to source Japanese plushies!

I have bought twice now for my son who is delighted with his pikmin plushies. Shipping isn’t too bad considering it comes from Japan to UK. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be ordering again.

I've now purchased a couple times from Ichiba Japan and I feel very confident in saying that this is a great site with good products. If you're looking for limited pokemon things, for something for the pokemon or various other fandoms, you're in for a treat. Shipping was much quicker than advertised (I love when people overdeliver!) and it was here within 6-7 business days from Japan. Really quick considering. I'd buy from this company any time and when I'm looking for specific Pokemon things I tend to go there first. I've had great experiences!

I love Ichiba, used it to get my boy Araquanids plush before it was globally available. They're trustworthy, decently priced, shipping was faster than predicted.

I like the website, however the thing I ordered is very late, and still has not came, and was expecting sooner

I placed an order with them and month ago and was very excited. I waited patiently as the emails rolled in only to see at the end of the supposed wait time that the order was returned. 🫢

I wrote an email asking what was going on. Never saw a reply. Sent another email and as it turned out they DID reply it was just in a spam folder that would not come up on my phone. 🥲

The reply was actually super prompt letting me know about the situation with trade wars and tariffs causing them to be unable to ship to the U.S.

They were holding it for me waiting for things to change but I just asked for a refund as I have little hope. They got that going for me right away.

I'm very sad I couldn't get my order and that I assumed the worst because of my emails wierd spam settings. Sorry again. 😭

This business has been a genuinely good discovery for me as a person based outside of Japan. I have already bought several times from Ichiba Japan and it has always been an excellent experience. They sell a wide array of authentic Japanese items from different fandoms that include both popular and maybe not so popular characters, and hold products that either a. I've not been able to find anywhere else, b. they were ridiculously expensive or c. they were ridicously expensive and had ridiculous shipping fees. Ichiba Japan offers real merchandising at a good price with reasonable shipping fees. Their customer service is also very efficient and kind, always answering in at most a couple of days, really willing to help. Shipping is fast and secure, they provide tracking number and the items are really well packaged, they have always come in perfect condition. Products that are sold out quickly tend to be restocked too! All in all, they have become one of my most trusted sources to grow my merch collection.
