I purchased 3 lampshades on line. I returned all three but only received a refund for 2. I have emailed 4 times and had no response. No one is taking telephone calls due to COVID which I find odd as other companies still have customer services to speak too. At this present time I would not recommend this company.

Really fast delivery, top quality lampshades, and excellent customer service.

Must say first class service from a first class company. Decking lights are very good quality and look very nice. Also must say Andrew helped with a couple of questions that needed to be addressed in a wonderful manner. So if you wish to order one of the companies products and want to be treated with a five star service then look no further. Would definitely recommend. Keep up your great work.

I hadn't heard of this website before so was worried it could be a bit dodgy, but i've ordered twice and it's has been brilliant, both times good products arrived within a couple of days! I ordered tiffany style lamps and they're such good value, and have that nice tiffany style of look!

We bought ceiling light and floor lamp for our living room, as well as a Ceiling light for our Nursery in March 2020. March 2021 the floor lamp bulb blew, we spent time and money trying various bulbs and various fuses but each time the light blew. We became worried that there was an issue with the light itself, particularly as we have a toddler we were worried that the light might be unsafe. We emailed Iconic lights for advice, they replied with a very generic response stating nothing they could do as the item was out of warranty.
The warranty was only out by just under two weeks, considering we had spent so much time and money ordering bulbs and fuses to fix the issue, there was no attempt to look out our situation individually. No advice was offered to us either. We shall not be ordering from this company again!

I wanted a tripod lamp and looked around , i ordered else where, waited weeks then got email saying out of stock. found this website found lamps i loved , ordered 2 got a great price , ordered bulbs then found discount code so even better! the lamps came within about two-three days! so easy to put together and look great! lovely big shade and cool white bulbs are amazing! i have just ordered one for my bedroom. would highly recommend! 👍👍👍 great website. was expecting something to go wrong because i've never heard of this website, but I bought "Curva Satin Nickel Floor Lamp with White Marble Base" and I LOVE it! It's such good quality (heavy marble base, big in size, lovely yellow lamp) I can't believe how little it cost, and everything went smoothly with delivery etc. Really happy that I took a chance with this website

I have placed an order at the BEGINNING of February and still have not received it! I received a shipping email from Iconic Lights to advise it is now with Hermes. I was given the order number of 0983886949335526

I am yet to receive my order and any communications from both companies! It has been over one month. I am having no luck with contact with Hermes and believe it is Iconic Lights responsibility to obtain contact for me or have my money fully refunded. They are a party hired out by them therefore the responsibility lies with them. I am out of pocket and have been scammed because I have not received a goods I’ve paid for and also getting no communication / update

I have also emailed into both team before with no response!

Super quick delivery and the light fitting is exactly as advertised and shown in the photo. So reasonable on prices too so in all honesty, I wasnt expecting much quality but I was so wrong. Definate 5*

I just want to say a huge thank you the customer service team! A lamp shade I desperately want is out of stock, I sent a message to ask if the product will be in stock again, I got a response in a matter of minutes saying it will be! One happy customer here and impatiently waiting for mid March :) thank you again!!

I ordered a floor lamp just after 1pm yesterday, got a notification for delivery at around 8pm and the item was delivered 11.20 this morning! Free delivery, plus I am very pleased with the lamp. I am impressed with the company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a pendant light and shade and a table lamp from Iconic Lights on Sunday and with standard delivery they arrived on Tuesday. I had an issue with payment which was my error and the day after I received my order I contacted them and they resolved it for me straight away. Lovely products and fantastic customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and buy from them again.

Order two lights from here, one lampshade was slightly damaged and the other seemed to have a slight imperfection on it (wouldn't call it damaged) that would have drove my OCD up the wall. I emailed with pictures to tell them and they promptly got back to me and offered replacement shades. Shades arrived within two working days. Amazing customer service!!

Ordered a floor lamp that came fast and it was in suitable packaging for a fragile item.

We have used Iconic Lights to furnish pretty much every room of our house with new lights! Great prices, 48 hour turn around with Hermes and also on Quidco.
Would recommend to others.

Terrible customer service, I ordered 3 lights and I needed to return them as they are unsuitable. The box is so big and I am unable to take them to the post office so requested that someone collect them from Hemnes. This has been going on for 2 month now and I have sent 5 requests for collection - once someone turned up and said the box was too big and she would have to send a the lorry and that has been it. I have sent 5 emails to iconic asking for help as I need to return them and get my money back, I have had 2 responses one saying Hemmes are busy at this time so bare with them, another asking me to carry the box to the shop myself - if I was able to carry the box myself I would have done that. The customer service is clearly an automated company that no nothing about the customers and have no power to help. I have been completely ignored they won’t return my money and won’t collect the parcel I would never use this company again.

Had to return lights which were faulty (through no fault of Iconic Lights). Made the task ultra simple and provided a quick refund. Superb customer service department with fast and friendly responses to my emails. First class company.
