I placed an order then realised I wanted a further item. I emailed them and very quickly I received a reply saying that order had been cancelled. I placed the new order and within minutes I had confirmation a refund had been actioned with PayPal. The order arrived very quickly and was extremely well packed. I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the staff. Well done.

The most useless and ignorant company I have ever used, I placed an order late at night but changed my mind and wanted cancel, only an hour after ordering, I sent an email along with a cancellation request, I even rang the following morning at 9am and nobody answered the phone, they shipped the item anyway and totally ignored me, I was told that nobody was there at 9am to read the cancellation, they also sent the order with an amber bulb and I ordered a white one, anyway beware of this company as they will take your money and ignore any requests to cancel also after being told that nobody is there in the morning on the 23rd November 2020 Val Mackay from Iconic lights is emailing me at 6.34am on my day off and waking me up, what kind of company is run like this? A totally ignorant one, don't bother with these guys they are a bunch of crooks.

We bought two lights from iconic, one outside light and one inside, both now fitted professionally, the lights are stunning and really are outstanding in looks and quality.

We were delighted with the service and assisted help they gave us, definitely an establishment we will return to for future lighting.

Just feel sometimes establishments have lost customer values, but iconic definitely haven’t and provide a 5* customer service and delivery

I've been looking at getting some lights for the whole house, followed 3 different ones. They're now all "on sale". When the sale price is now the same price as it was before and the normal price has gone up by £15. Very misleading! Will not be purchasing.

I have received possibly the best customer service experience from this business than I have ever experienced. Quick responses to emails and got a very satisfactory outcome. Placed an order with them but then found the same item cheaper elsewhere and they were happy to price match with an immediate refund being placed on my card. Great staff and will absolutely consider ordering from them again in future

I ordered the Sheridan wall lights. They arrived promptly, good packaging and just beautiful. Good quality for a reasonable price. Would recommend

Unfortunately the lights never turned up after 10 days and no contact was made, we sent two emails without any luck to start with. Sorted now with a refund but would not use again unfortunately

I wouldn’t even give the one star, unfortunately this wasn’t an option.
Prices advertised and products advertised are incorrect. Yes they respond to emails quickly, however takes 4 or more emails for them to acknowledge what the email is about. Tried to brush over the problem rather than deal with the problem how it should’ve been. Have been reported to advertising and trading standards.

Well - was very reluctant ordering from them: reading the mixed reviews , the product was avail from other retailers - but with worse reviews. Decided to roll the dice & see what happens, lamps arrived very promptly, good quality product - happy days. Well Done Iconic - keep up the good work & all the crap reviews will be replaced by good ones & very satisfied consumers, leading on to higher sales volumes.

I would certainly buy from this company again. I work in customer service and was impressed with this company placed my order it was despatched within an hour and received the following day. We ordered the Silver monkey light with white shade. The monkey is a lot larger than in the images and looks fantastic! thanks Iconic lights

Used once, they were fine, but on a second order, payment has been made via PayPal but they have not acknowledged our order...worse still, they say we have't even placed one.

Great customer service. We brought three lights that the courier delivered to the wrong address. Iconic Lights were very responsive in helping me deal with the issue. I then needed to return the lights and again the customer service was incredibly quick and polite. Would definitely recommend.
