Bought 2 touch table lamps.

The lamps themselves were pretty much as described. However one had obviously been returned by another customer and was faulty.
The touch lamp itself turned on every time the bedside table was touched! This issue is mentioned in the instructions supplied and the suggestion is to move the lamp to another location. No good when the lamps were purchased for a bedside table! This should be noted in the description of the lamps that it may be an issue.
Returns were however quick and painless and the money refunded quickly.

Absolute rubbish in terms of quality. Three lugs on a light assembly and only two line up (on two lights) Lights fitted by the time this is apparent was offered 15% discount which doesn't gloss over the fact it's poorly made and cheap. Needless to say my review has not been made public.

Bought 2 lamps from this company as I love the modern aspect of them absolutely delighted with them. Beautiful lamps and Great value I had already bought the same lamp from another company which was more expensive . Would definitely recommend this company ....

I probably wouldn't have used Iconic Lights if I had looked at Trust Pilot before buying (I looked after purchasing, when PayPal took a while to send the payment through), but the company were actually fine for me. The light came undamaged in good packaging and the delivery was prompt (a day after it said, but after stressing from seeing reviews I was just glad when it came). No issues, it looks the same as the pic and is a lovely light to go in my home :)

Same thing happened to me. The payment is not going through and they are advising to use the other device. I need something on time but they are not accepting that it is the faulty system. The customer service is sitting at home and not willing to help at all. The payment is not going through, they can't speak to anyone, they don't have any other medium to take the payments, How then on the earth anyone will be able to order???

No apology or help to rectify the situation, simply just “blamed”.

Also, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Bought a floor lamp that apparently didn’t go through (later I was told this) EVEN THOUGH my money was taken, there was no email or warning that this hadn’t gone through (apparently I put my details in wrong LOL). Thought I’d try buy it again, same thing happened. Got in contact and admittedly it was a quick response, I was asked to try a different device and browser (as if I’m stupid, I’d already done this anyway, a new device AND a new browser but obviously didn’t work as the Iconic Lights systems are simply rubbish). Then told the money should come back to my account after three days, which hasn’t.

Overall, extremely poor experience, I knew buying a cheap light was too good to be true, would rather pay more and have a better experience, that’s what happens when you go budget. WISH I’d read the reviews before purchasing.

Excellent customer experience. Purchased a table lamp and paid for next day delivery. Lamp delivered when expected but had a flaw in the base that meant it wobbled! Contacted customer services, sent pictures and a video and they offered to send a replacement. Which arrived (with no wobble!!) within the 48 hours as expected. Light is lovely and I can't fault their customer service.

Terrible customer service. Three delivery times were advised then cancelled after the time passed. A week has passed, no delivery, no response to several emails, can’t get through by phone. Avoid this company if they are still in business.

Absolutely diabolical customer support. I ordered three matching lights and was sent two of one style and one of another. I have tried to rectify this with them but they do not respond to emails. I have had to file a claim with the credit card company given their silence / non-responsiveness. Exercise caution and be wary of product descriptions / ordering multiple products.

Great product, pricing and super quick to deliver!

I’m still waiting for a lamp I ordered on 26/5/20... after emailing the customer service team on the 9/6/20 for an ETA I was told 2-3 days... after further emails to chase this item’s delivery I haven’t received any response back. The contact telephone number states unavailable. Really poor service and wouldn’t recommend or use again.

Highly recommended this company, beautiful light and efficient delivery service. Great value for money as the light was £10 cheaper than on other Websites.

Had a great experience from this company. Ordered a ceiling light and a tripod lamp. Both arrived within 2 days, undamaged. Both have far exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

This is my first order with Iconic Lights and I couldn't be happier! I ordered some pendant lights for my kitchen and they look amazing - great quality and look far more expensive than they cost. I also ordered a floor lamp - again very happy with it and it look great. Everything was very well packed and delivery was very fast. I contacted customer service with a query and they were extremely helpful and quick to reply. I will definitely be buying more lights from this retailer.

Ordered 3 lights, unfortunately glass dome on one ceiling light was cracked on inspection, contacted customer services by email and a replacement was offered without any hassle. I opted for a refund, which was issued within 24h. Great customer service!

I ordered a floor lamp from here. We were disappointed with shade which came damaged. I emailed the customer service department who responded very quickly and a new shade was delivered within 3 days of my initial complaint in absolute perfect condition. I have had very quick responses to all emails I have sent and have received excellent customer service. We are now very happy with our product.

Saw the bad reviews but decided to go for it. Ordered the shade on Friday, it arrived today Monday. Exactly as described and looks great. I’d order again.

Perfect light shade, delivered quickly. And in the sale!
