Quick delivery & issue resolution
Super quick delivery of 2 lamps. One had a fault, so I called customer service. They sent one to me for next day delivery and didn't require me to send the faulty one back.
Naturally it would be better to have 2 working lamps in the first place, but I cannot fault such a quick and pain free resolution.

Terrible Customer Services
I wanted a wall light and didn't order enough to qualify for free shipping so it cost £5.95. So I though I'd add a lampshade as I had to pay the £5.95 anyway.
Iconic send me an email to say my wall light was out of stock. I asked if I could order it in another colour. They emailed back to say I'd have to pay postage again!
I then asked why they hadn't given me the option of ordering the other colour, rather than just processing my lampshade!
Iconic told me I could just refuse delivery of the shade but unfortunately, I was out and somebody else accepted it.
And the lampshade was a FLAT PACK, which also had a dent, and I had to put it together myself.
It looked cheap and tacky as the velcro was white and the shade is green. I decided it wasn't worth complaining but I will NEVER USE THE COMPANY AGAIN.

Excellent Customer Service.
Ordered a Harriet Tiffany Bronze and Walnut Ceiling Fan on the 30th Sept 18, delivered by Hermes on the 3rd Oct 18. On immediate inspection found the lamp shade to have some significant damage. Contacted Iconiclights straight away and spoke to a lovely lady called Donna. Donna was remarkably helpful, courteous and professional. Donna assured us that a replacement would be shipped out immediately and we could expect to receive this in two days. That is exactly what happened. As far as company reviews are concerned, they really only have real worth when things go wrong and you experience the response of the customer service you receive. In the case of Iconiclights we give a 10/10 rating. We are very happy with the purchase, the fan/light operates very efficiently and looks very attractive. Thanks to Iconiclights for sorting out the damaged item with such speed, and a special thanks to Donna for her professional and helpful manner.
