No way to cancel online
Plans changed and the website would not let me cancel and it was a good 16 hours in advance. I got charged $87 anyway.
Edit: Your response below states that you can cancel at any time. What I'm saying is that your website gives an error when you click on cancel reservation. Thus, I could not cancel. Please provide a refund to my credit card.

If your plans change, please cancel your reservation (there is no charge for this) and re-book a new one. Jan 9 I put a plastic bag of coins mostly quarters for parking meters that were in my door handle space, under my seat so there would be no temptation to take any money by the parking attendant. I just looked for the baggie now and it is gone. I’ve parked for many years at other ICON garages & it never happened. Just at this location I had never used before

Small garage with one attendant
Small garage with one attendant. When we returned and were waiting for the attendant to get our car he decided to socialize with another customer who came in after us which delayed us leaving. Will not use again.

When I went to pick my car up -I saw the garage attendant move two cars to get my car - he opened the door to one of the cars and hit it against the wall - I’m pretty sure it took paint off of it by the sound of it - I won’t be parking there again after witnessing that
Otherwise - aside from this particular garage - all the garages I have used in the past have been excellent
Update after icon reply - I will always use ICON parking it’s been a great service for years for me !! I just won’t park at the particular garage I used last visit I’ll choose one of the outstanding ones I’ve frequented before instead 😁 icon has always been exceptional every other time I’ve used it for years
