Great service needed to leave my car over night explained how to do it.

Right now you only get a 3.. If and when I receive my $14.00 refund I will be happy to update this. If you look at the record of my phone call on 4/19 you will se the problem. I was charged twice even though I had a reservation that clearly shows $30.00 but at checkout the attendant erroneously charged me $44.00. I have receoived a credit for the cancellation of my reservation but not the remainder of $14.00..

It was easy to reserve a spot the day before and prepay; the facility was very clean. There were only two staff members so they were very busy but who isn't understaffed these days? They were pleasant and efficient. When we picked up the car, we just scanned the digital ticket's QR code then the barcode in our (prepaid) reservation email. One less thing to worry about for out-of-towners in Manhattan for a medical visit!

There needs to be clarity on the address. I tried to enter at the 330 East 39th Street entrance at 6:30a and the gate was down. After pressing the bell several times, as instructed on signage, there was no response. I then drove to the 315 East 38th Street entrance which was open. Upon entry, as I readied my daughter and I to exit the vehicle, staff never acknowledged us as I tried to get his attention to note I had a reservation. Instead, he ignored me and went to the two cars behind me to service them. As a result, he took it upon himself to print a ticket prior to any discussion with me. Unfortunately, the location does not receive a good signal to access the app or email to pull up reservation/check in with app. This took a while and he was very impatient then told me I was probably at the wrong location. When it did work, I showed him i was indeed at the correct garage and at that point, he retrieved an iPad and somehow found my reservation. The correct ticket printed and he fussed about me having two tickets. Staff interaction was horrible. However, my 4 star rating is for the actual facility which was clean, orderly, easily accessible, advance reservation cost was extremely affordable, and it was close to hospital/outpatient surgery centers.

They were very prompt in getting my car. Also they took the security of the car very seriously. Also being from Jersey I always parked my own car. So I was nervous having anybody touch my car. But they were fine, nothing to be worried about.

I booked online for the garage at 315 E 38th St because it said they take over size vehicle. When I arrived the opening was so small I couldn’t even get into the area to speak with the man. He told me no, no, we do t take trucks (I have a Ram 1500, no mods etc)
They refused to refund me even though I could not park there and had to go to City Parking and pay again to park. This is ridiculous that it was advertised as oversized capable then once I arrived they wouldn’t refund me!!
