Signed in to get one photo altered for a passport and 3 days later I have my bank ringing me about a transaction for ID photo. So apparently I had taken out a monthly subscription which was not at all what I had signed up for. So watch out for using this website for photos..

I never subcribed to this site. I payed 39.93 € every month from decembre to may which means I payed almost 300 € for NOTHING. They never told me I needed to subscribe. I only used this site once to buy pictures ONCE.

They assigned me to a monthly subscription without making it clear
They assigned me to a monthly subscription that I never applied for, and it was not clearly stated in the description of the service I purchased. I realized two days after my purchase that they had deducted a much larger amount than the one-time purchase price. Only later did I realize that it was due to a monthly subscription.

This website is a fraud. Be careful. They charged me 39.90 euros, even though I had ordered an ID photo for 2.90 euros. According to customer service, I supposedly agreed to a monthly subscription, which is completely wrong. I’d also like to add that, on top of that, the ID photo didn’t even meet the required standards, so I couldn’t use it.

WATCH OUT!!!! THEY PUT YOU ON SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!
They will do you a picture. I paid £2 for some passport pictures. That is all I wanted. However I have since discovered now that they are helping themselves to regular monthly amounts of £34 from my bank account. Why would they think I would want to pay £34 a month to them if I am not having passport photos done? This is flagrant deception. So suggest you do NOT use ID Photo if you don't have to - beyond doing what they are supposed to do they will help themselves to your money too. Not cool.
