Poor service/received wrong order
I was not impressed when I received the wrong sized case from the one i ordered. But then it took over a week for anyone at this company to get back to me. By that point I had already mailed it back at my expense But get this, the address to which I had to send it was in Sweden! I flushed money down the drain. Dont use them!

I bought two Ideal of Sweden phone…
I bought two Ideal of Sweden phone cases at the prompt of a Fido promotion and I am so disappointed. I returned them to the company asking for a refund and am waiting to hear back. The plastic of the case is very slippery and when on my phones, they slid and fell off of anything I placed them on. Both phone screens cracked within a few days of using the cases.

Im so disappointed
I got the mobile cover with bag the actual cover came scratched and as long as I started to use it, it went even more bad im so disappointed cause its less than a month that i made purchase,
And also i got bag cover for my AirPods pro
Its so nice but unfortunately the lock once in a while opens by itself and its so stressful to leave your airpods in it.

Love it but..
I got an Iphone case, charger, and airpod cases. I really like the quality of the products and I am happy with my purchase. I only put 4 stars because I wish the Airpod case had a chain piece so I can easily carry it with my car keys. Most cases now have those.
Also, I wanted matching pieces and it was hard to find matching cases and charger all in the one colour I wanted! But overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Great look, not so great quality
The marble case is so beautiful but is chipping on the sides. The other ones are bigger, so it is always pushing the protective screen. For the price, I was expecting better quality. The looks are amazing, no question, but I was expecting a bit more quality. I was given the option to return, but out of pure laziness on my end and also for avoiding going out, I decided to keep them to use at home and purchase another brand case to use when I decide to go out.

Wireless charging incompatible
They are beautiful products.
If something can be done at the design level in regards to metal case and wireless charging compatibility then I would be 100% happy. I can charge wirelessly with case on on one charger. The others don’t work.
