The leather phone case arrived in a timely manner and was of good quality. It was a Christmas present for my daughter and she was very pleased with it.

Looks cute from a distance but once you pick it up and hold it, it feels very light and cheap. The crystal is a photo under plastic. I got it on sale for $50 but I don't think it's worth even $15. I was super excited to get this as a Christmas present but as soon as I opened it I was very dissapointed

The magnetic ring piece just falls off and doesn’t securely hold onto my iPhone. I have an iPhone pro max which is quite heavy and the ring is more damage then good, if I’m holding onto it from the ring the phone call easily drop on the floor. I may as well be holding the whole phone and not have it be unsafe with the ring. Really not a great product. I also emailed asking for a refund, and have had no response!
I have put the magnetic ring between the phone case as per the instruction and that doesn’t work, it is not a safe product to use with your iPhone 12 Pro Max especially being a heavier phone.

I have ordered wrong phone case and in order to fix it i have tried to contact this company but there was an online chat with computer who failed to understand what i was saying. It asked me to put my order number in so they can help but it was showing that there was no order. I did got the parcel but I feel bad that they didn't even have an email so i can talk to a real person about my troubles. The cover was expensive i wanted to return it or exchange it so i can order the right cover but just because they don't have anyone who can talk to the customers my money was wasted.

The case and matching wireless charger arrived on time and are very pretty. The design is exactly what I was expecting, based on the pictures.
The case fits the phone well but doesn't provide much protection. The case only covers the phone at the corners, along the edges it isn't covered, so my screen protector has become quite scratched since using this case. That said, the camera at the back is well protected.
I've had the case a couple of weeks and the corners are already slightly worn so not sure how long it will look new.
The wireless charger is pretty but charged quite slowly. Looks good with the matching phone case.

TLDR: The case looks great but provides minimal protection to the phone. The wireless charger also looks great, but charges slowly.

The leather iPhone case I received was different to what was pictured and looks much less premium. When I contacted them they said images online were illustrations only which is ridiculous. Had they shown an accurate image I would not have bought it.

Everything arrived so quickly and exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase and the gifts I brought

The phone cover wallet I bought tore apart the same day I gave it to my partner as a Christmas gift. I was so disappointed I am waiting for a reply to my email I sent to customer service recently so I can’t give a good review at this stage.
