When in need of return! Rather take the financial loss! Worst return & customer service ever!
Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Unbelievable! I was such a fan and will never buy anything from IoS again! Don’t ever be in the situation of having a return at this company! This company has missed the train on shipping and returning items!

Product not as pictured
The case I received is not as pictured on the web site or on the product packaging. In the pictures online the cases look absolutely stunning; with clear details, nice colors and gold details. The case I received had completely blurred out colors and no "gold" details like in the pictures. At this price and with those illustrations - very disappointing. :( I was told by customer service that the pictures can only be seen as illustrative, not representative of the actual product. If this is the case, please make sure the product is BETTER than the pictures, NOT the other way around.

Har klart å bestille feil mobildeksel. Googlet magnetisk Iphone deksel 6s. Bestilte det som dukket opp på Ideal of sweden. Men så viste det seg at det var et for 6s plus, med andre ord alt for stort og ubrukelig

I love the products but delivery
I love the products , they are of good quality and pretty but i have had issues with delivery therfore only 3 starts.
Delivery takes way long, tracking link dont work and customer service dont know where my package is..
