Very bad customer service!

I’ve been a loyal IDEAL OF SWEDEN customer for years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. My order arrived late, and one of the products was missing. I contacted customer support three days before writing this, but received no reply — only an automated message confirming delivery.

The packaging itself was also surprising: just an oversized plastic bag with the brand name on it, with no paper inside listing the items included. I strongly suggest adding a simple item overview to the shipment — it would prevent confusion and eliminate the need for customers to fill out sworn statements just to report a missing product.

On top of everything, having to complete that sworn statement took additional time and effort, and for a brand of this size, the process feels poorly organized and not customer-friendly at all.

After so many years of loyalty, I expected much better.

The case was nice but the quality is a joke. The borders are very soft, so when my phone felt from my purse, the side moved and the screen got scratched on the whole side. The worst part is that when I contacted the brand to complain they said that I had to read their terms and conditions and that they could not guarantee the case would protect the phone if it felt! What is the point to have a case then?!? This brand is not serious and people should stay away from it.

Jeg bestilte et telefondeksel i slutten av november, det kom 5. desember og telefondekselet var veldig dårlig. Høyttaleren og på/av-knappene er ikke dekket, noe som betyr minimumsbeskyttelse. Siden jeg ikke likte telefondekselet, ønsket jeg å returnere det, jeg betalte 69kr (rundt 7 dollar) for en fraktkode, da jeg fikk koden skrev jeg den på originalboksen som den sa og la den i postkassen min. Etter nesten 2 uker lå boksen fortsatt i postkassen min. Da jeg prøvde å kontakte kundeservice sa de at jeg kunne få pengene for telefonvesken tilbake og en kupong på 100 kr (10 dollar-kupongen var fordi jeg måtte betale for frakt selv om jeg allerede hadde betalt frakt), fortalte jeg dem jeg vil ikke bestille igjen så jeg vil ikke ha en kupong jeg vil ha pengene mine tilbake og jeg vil ikke betale frakt for andre gang og selv om jeg tok kupongen er det ikke rettferdig fordi jeg betalte 70kr og jeg må betale det igjen som betyr at jeg totalt vil ha brukt 140 kr på frakt og de gir bare 100kr å bruke på nettsiden (som jeg definitivt ikke kommer til å bestille fra igjen) som betyr at jeg har mistet 40kr 70+70(frakt)=140, de sa at de ikke kunne gjøre noe og forlot chatten. Jeg har kastet bort mye tid og penger, og de tilbyr ikke å fikse det. Vennligst ikke bestill fra denne siden, telefonveskene beskytter ikke telefonen din og det er veldig vanskelig og frustrerende å sende en pakke.

I ordered a phone case at the end of November it arrived on 5th of December and the phonecase was very bad, The speaker and on/off bottons are not covered which means minimum protection. Since i did not like the phonecase i wanted to return it, i payed 69kr (Around 7 dollars) for a shipping code, when i got the code i wrote it on the original box like it said and i put it in my mailbox. After almost 2 weeks the box was still in my mailbox. When i tried to contact customer service they said i could get the money for the phonecase back and a 100Kr (10 dollar) voucher (the $10 voucher was because i needed to pay for shipping even tho i already had payed shipping), i told them i will not order again so i do not want a voucher i want my money back and i do not want to pay shipping for the second time and even if i did take the voucher it is not fair because i payed 70kr and i have to pay it again which means in total i will have spent 140 on shipping and they are only giving 100kr to spend on the website (which i definitely will not be ordering from again) which means i have lost 40kr 70+70(shipping)=140, they said they couldn’t do anything and left the chat. I have wasted a lot of time and money and they are not offering to fix it. Please do not order from this site, the phonecases do not protect your phone and sending pack a package is very hard and frustrating.

I ordered my phone case 3 July. The package was supposed to be delivered between 6 and 10 of July, today its already 12 of July and package is not here. That would be OK that I have to wait longer but there is no way to really get an anserw or help from the store!!! The sporingsnummer is not really helpful cause when I try to track my order it's just showing up "registert" and that's it!!! It's been registert for 10 days now!!! Ridiculous...never again.

My feedback is positive. Good selection of products and I took all items with 25-30% discount. The package arrived quickly. All items are beautifully and stylishly packaged. The power bank is a little weak, but since I took it and the cable rather as pleasant stylish things, I have no complaints.

Placed and paid for my order on the 01.06.21. Today, 24.06.21, I am yet to receive my order. Last time I heard from them regards to my order was on the 01.06.21, 20:19. I get it, hard times. Just please stop spamming my inbox with reminders to rate you. FYI, I was waiting until I received my order to give a propper review.

I was disappointed that my refund after sending my parcel back was only 75% refunded, especially after paying for the return too.

I experienced bad service this time, it took many weeks before i got my orders.

I have been ordering from Ideal of Sweden for about a year now. Every single package arrived at my door very fast, only for me to enjoy their amazing products. Phone cases, AirPod cases, Purses and Water bottles. I am pleased with every single product. I will keep purchasing from Ideal of Sweden in the future. They work great as gifts or for personal use.
