AWFUL DIGITAL GIFT CARD/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a digital gift card and a phone charger. It took no more than 12hours after my charger was on the way to my adress, while my DIGITAL gift card was not delivered to my email. Didn’t receive it after 24 hours either. Had to contact customer service, they said that i will recieve it after 2-3days. So disappointed. After recieving the email it was only a code, not an actual gift card. (it was supposed to be a gift). When i asked how am i supposed to give it as a gift when its just an email with a code. Still dont know how you manage to dispatch things faster than a DIGITAL gift cards

I was informed that my order was not…
I was informed that my order was not delivered only when it was already on the way back to sender (no attempts to contact me for the delivery), and only after I contacted customer service 2 weeks after I got zero updates on the status of my order. Still did not get my refund 1 month later, despite being assured that I will be refunded after the order has returned to them. Fail.
