I received what I ordered after a couple of weeks, but had I realised this was a front for a Chinese supplier supplying directly from China, I’d have ordered elsewhere as I don’t appreciate the deception

I ordered a toy phone over 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received it. I wish I had read the reviews before definitely will not be ordering off this site again!

I wish i had read the reviews before ordering womens casual zipper fanny pack. Arrived today after nearly 3 weeks. The tracking page didnt exist. No response to emails and now i want to return it..no information about returns anywhere and waiting for a response to my email

Awful company, still awaiting my item ordered , 4 weeks ago trying to get a refund but no joy

Arrived damaged with contents damaged and missing. Can't seem to get in touch with them via email or webform (which is disabled) and phone number rings out. Reported to Klarna who want me to show evidence of contact with them which is currently not happening as they won't respond. Avoid!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute SCAM. A month later and no order, no response to emails. I am very lucky- I paid via PayPal, so I opened a claim with them and have been refunded my money there. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FAKE.

This company is a complete scam. I would give 0 stars if possible. My item arrived two weeks late and was not as described. I emailed to request a refund and return but received no response. This website should be blacklisted in the UK.

Ordered 2 key rings the more you brought the better the deal, work colleague wanted one so we went in together £25 paid got email saying confirmed and another shortly after saying shipment on way tried to track and shipment number doesn’t exist still no sign of key rings 2 weeks later and no more to update.. wish I had read reviews guess lesson learned there

horrible. Ordered the Taylor’s Swift monopoly game, expecting as shown on the ad an actual board and normal cards and game pieces instead I receive a piece of paper and cardboard cutouts. The game pieces are 3D printed which isn’t the issue, they are just executed badly. The box came in damaged!!! Waste of my £22, as a working teenager that is a lot of my hard earned money for me. Could’ve done the same job at home and used my own game pieces for much much less. Never again.

Ordered a “hand crafted with love” Taylor Swift board game . When it arrived it was a sheet of printed paper. Tried to return, initially answered first email, asking for photos do they could process return nothing since. Avoid at all costs

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Sadly I am another person that didn't read the reviews first. I bought 2 x taylor swift monopoly games and they have been done on a home computer and aren't even in a proper box. I have requested a refund but I am not hopeful!

Ordered a colouring book about 2weeks ago now, have heard nothing from them regarding delivery time or date? Have emailed them 3 times on their contact us email, have heard nothing back..

I do however advise those ordering to read the return policy BEFORE ordering because I didn't realize that I would have to pay for shipping if I wanted to return the dress and that I would only get store credit, until after I ordered the dress. So read all the policies before ordering. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with this website and would recommend to others who are looking for prom dresses!

Amazing! Perfect color, perfect fit! Everything went so smooth with my order, i got it fast and the dress was in perfect condition. Staff is polite, patient and understanding. Nothing to complain about.
