My dress looks nothing like the picture. The material is awful. I ordered the dress a whole size up and it was way too small. I ordered a US 16 and I'm a 13/14. It was also constructed poorly. I couldn't even latch my dress. Then when I wanted to send it back and get my money back. Hope you understand". Awful.

I bought my dress with this website and I received the dress 8 days after I ordered it. The dress fit perfectly and was exactly like how it looked in the picture.

Do not use this company. Ordered a Taylor Swift Monopoly game. Took a month to arrive and when it did it was a plain brown box with a game poster rather than board and random cards. 💯 not what was advertised on the site. Avoid!

Placed order . They sent a notification of a tracking order but it didn’t work . Wrote several times to them . No response . Possibly a scam website . Keep away

Ordered products on end of May 2024.
Excuses of delivery delayed due to Customs, Dispatch issues. Not replying to e mails. Still not received order.
Facebook advertising these sites need to be more aware of Scammers. Not happy with Idearock, Don't order from them.

Placed an order a month or so ago, still waiting tracking number is not available, have emailed them but not even a response back

Goods ordered, paid for but never turned up. Chased it, got a response, gave them all the information I had but then total silence. Yet another Facebook company scam.

Received my order of two items, one was smashed into pieces on arrival. I've emailed twice for a replacement but no response at all. Very disappointed and will not use this company again.

rubbish, wrong size sent, i was to bear cost in returning goods to chins despite a UK returns address.

Ordered items at the end of April and now 2months on nothing has arrived!!!!!!Can't track my parcel. Have asked for a refund ,told my parcel is on the way Do not believe them .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .Would have put zero if I could.

Ordered an item which for 19 days is still just sitting in China and no one replies to emails confirming when it will be delivered. Feels like a complete scam. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered 3 x pet hair remover pads which were advertised to collect pet hair when used in the washing machine and dryer.
After the first wash, no hair/fluff was collected on the pet remover pads and after the first time in the dryer, the 3 pads melted into a big green, mushy ball, absolute rubbish!

Ordered what I thought was a useful weeding tool. Advertised as 'no need to bend down'. Well the little metal weeder arrived through the letterbox but no sign of the vitally important 2m handle which is required so you don't have to bend down. Back of pack says 'product requires a 2,5cm stick (yes, cms) ....can't even get the length of stick right. £16.98 I paid for this - totally overpriced and no communication about the lack of a handle. Will now need to go to a DIY shop to buy a 2.5m wooden stick. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - RUBBISH!! ...... bought a stick ..... cost another £7 ...... absolute garbage ..... will never buy from this site again 😡

I want to return items but have had no response to my email. There was nothing in the package to show my order or details of how to make a return.

Don’t waste your time and money , SCAM / Thieves
Proclaim to be based in London but when your rubbish arrives and you want to return it you need to return it China at your own expenses

Avoid - Terrible. Ordered the tiny magnetic cube due to misleading advertising. As they were called Idearock uk I thought they were in uk. When I asked about return and refund, I was given an address in China with no option to return to a uk address. They offered partial refund and keep purchase. Even with postage it would be more than partial refund so returned it but they say can't track it. Oh, and the order took a long time to arrive because it came from China. Stop press! after me persisting with emails, they have just advised will be refunding. Will submit another review if I don't receive it. However, I will not purchase from them again.

Ordered 3 camisoles, received an e-mail stating that my order had been despatched with a tracking number. It doesn't let me track it and my PC security tells me it is not safe to log on to the tracking number. I'm really fed up of these scammer adverts on FB and even more fed up of me believing in them!

Waited a month for order. 6 emails and nothing heard. Cowboy 🤠 company. Do not buy from them

Idearock advertises a 3D ceramic mug, allegedly hand-painted, on its website. Its price is £9.99 plus shipping costs. It's actually a cheap 2D printed mug which you can buy at Poundland. It has nothing to do with 3D and hand painting. When we wrote them an e-mail demanding a refund, they didn't even respond. Idearock are scammers. Don't buy anything from them.
PS They refunded all money (edited 12/03/2024)
