I am still waiting for a order!! I have had no response from them.Can anybody help me.

Shi* I’ve made an order 3 weeks ago and still nothing has turned up! Emailed this company 3 times and have heard nothing back from them. Really wouldn’t advise anyone to order anything from them

Ordered tiny feather light item of stickers to repair small tears in down jackets £3.99, was charged just under £10.00 & nothing arrived from Jan 28th. Idearock waste your time and take your money! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM IDEAROCK, YOU WILL GET NOTHING!

Shambles. Items don’t turn up and refunds don’t happen.

If I could give half a star I would have done. The items I bought were not suitable at all but I was told I couldn't return the items, probably due to it not being a UK company. I was told I would get a refund of 50% back on my items and that I could keep them. Never did get a refund and unfortunately I didn't pay by credit card or PayPal so couldn't get any refund from them. BEWARE of this site.

After realising this is not a UK site and receiving an invalid tracking number immediately contacted PayPal and got a refund- same thing ordered through Amazon for cheaper price and next day delivery. Learnt my lesson and never using Facebook ads - annoyed they don’t monitor the scammers. E mails never replied to either

Just received my plastic wrap storage box and it's damaged. The quality is not good a load of rubbish. Wouldn't buy again from this company. I have emailed them but not holding my breath.

Ordered an item which never arrived ! Advised by them to check the tracking which hasn't changed since 13th December. Do not use this company !!

Ordered and paid for goods 2 weeks ago, tracking link says not yet sent to carriers system, Emailed yesterday to find out what is happening and had no response. Wish I'd read the reviews first. Will be instigating a chargeback on my credit card if they don't respond by the weekend.

Absolute scam tell you that your item is on its way and never even attempted to deliver, then when you contact them they say would you like another which will take another 3-4 weeks and still nothing, then when you ask for a refund the comms stop !! Nothing avoid this company or you may as well throw your money away

Ordered a stainless steel wallet card and a torch for Christmas present, eventually arrived after Christmas.
I did email them and did get a reply unlike some other people.
I think I must have ticked the wrong option for verse on card but nevermind

I have never left a review before but this place is so bad I felt I should! I wish I had thought to look at reviews before buying from them. Bought a Taylor Swift calendar for my daughter. Ages to arrive, the worst quality you could imagine plus all bent anyway. Have tried to contact several times and no response at all. Don't buy from them!!

I impulse bought the Medieval Owls calendar from a link on Instagram as a Christmas gift a week before Xmas. After a few days went by with no shipping notification I feared the worst and started to investigate. There’s lots of ‘it’s a complete thieving scam’ reviews so I immediately thought I’d been had and was kicking myself for not investigating earlier.
However, 29th December and it’s arrived, obviously too late for Xmas but product is fine and as expected, can’t grumble. So if you’ve made an impulse purchase like me, don’t necessarily assume the worst

Postage time states 7-10 days. It took 22 days, which meant the Christmas present arrived after Christmas.
Terrible communication too - I was basically ignored after sending an email.

Ordered a handheld gaming device, it took ages to arrive, no tracking info. I emailed them to ask where it was but no-one replied so was surprised it actually did arrive after reading reviews on here.

When I went to play the game it stopped working after 10 minutes and it won’t charge. The quality of the product is shocking, including the charging cable. Have emailed again to ask for a refund but holding out no hope, so PayPal dispute raised. I’ve learned my lesson look at reviews before you buy! 0 stars if I could give them a zero!

I've ordered 4 Taylor Swift Calendars on the 04/12/2023 and it arrived today 27/12/2023. There was a tracking number too which had updates every 2 days or so.

The parcel came from China so don't order if you want a quick delivery. Also, based on the prices don't expect amazing quality and be mindful of what type of items you order.
The calendars look good so based on this experience my feedback is good. I didn't give 5 stars only because of the delivery time.

After ordering I checked out trustpilot and so annoyed as thought I'd been scammed. I ordered 4 packs of multi coloured magnetic balls. And to my surprise...they turned up, as described and in under 2 weeks. Plus sent tracking emails. So, I guess I'm lucky I got a good experience. So not all bad!

Don’t deserve any stars, thieves, paid for 2 calendars to give as Christmas gifts, never arrived. Annoyed with myself as usually very diligent if something looks dodgy

Honestly, don't bother. I ordered off them because they have a.co.uk domain, and make it look like they are UK based. Order placed at the beginning of December. Here we are on the 22nd December and my order has only just arrived at Heathrow customs from CHINA. Zero chance that it will be here by Christmas.

Absolutely atrocious completely. Terrible quality product. Im cross with myself for purchasing anything. Please DO NOT by anything. I never leave reviews for products, but i feel so strongly about this company that i don't want others to loose out as i have. So disappointing.
