Staff needs training in reading and understanding questions!
The system itself is OK and transparent. But the staff don't understand questions and aren't able to simply respond clearly to a question. On any query the answer is (they must do copy-paste the whole day): "The application is under process and we will inform you when it has been approved". Yes, that's obvious, that's your business and system. Both by online chat and by e-mail. They need a lot of training, I wouldn't recommend them.
