Worst chat team

Worst chat team. I had enquired about Malaysian evisa and Alya is the agent who replied chat after 10 min. Farhan who came after false Information replied without any rudely. Malaysian visa costs only $20 range. They are not giving any answers to that and told me go and apply in Embassy site and Blocked on chat. Please do not apply through the site.

The best service ever

The best service ever! I have done previous visa application through another company and it was the worst experience ever. Your service has been excellent from start to finish and I will gladly recommend your company!

24 hours = 3 business days or 72 hours

24 hours = 3 business days or 72 hours. Their verbiage says 24 hours (business hours = 3 days) and can be very misleading; however, it was easier and they do provide service....for a price.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, I will be approaching Action Fraud for further assistance. I applied for two visas for one night in Moscow. The company knew our desired Location. On reaching Moscow, The visas were found to be invalid and I spent 14 hours in transit with my little boy. The sale of these bogus visas ruined the end of our trip and we were thus charged for our hotel booking. The company refused to issue a refund. Our visas were simply bogus. Terrible app. Dishonest company.

I was nervous using their site because…

I was nervous using their site because they were overcharging but I realize that the original website was not functioning properly and they have assisted me quite well. I’ve enjoyed their customer service. One note is to always double check your Visa with them because I have a plied for two people on the received one visa and I had to double check.One note is to always double check your visa with them because I have a applied for two people only received one visa and I had to double check for my second one. They are responsive and were able to take care of all my needs.
