If you want to ripped off then use this shop they tried charging me £90 for a basic charge port problem, refused to answer any questions was really rude

Alan is very knowledgeable and was quick to resolve the issue. He was happy to help and discuss and provide options and solutions. I have consulted Alan previously and so I am a repeat customer and would 100% recommend him to anybody. Brilliant, helpful service - you cant ask for more than that!! I'm sure I will use them again.

Awesome service from Alonas. I built my son a gaming PC and had a few issues with certain games crashing. Alonas did a full analysis of the computer and found half a dozen issues that needed resolving. The PC now works perfectly... and is about 20% faster!!

A friendly and first class service, with clear options as to how best resolve the issue.
On collection I mentioned a further problem I was having trying to stop a virus protection subscription on line.
The computer was reconnected and the subscription cancelled. All done cheerfully and at no added cost. Excellent result. I would highly recommend this company.

My laptop was infested with popups which I couldn't get rid of,I obviously opened a link I shouldn't have.Alonas cleaned my laptop up, recommended some additional security.

Huge thanks to the team at IFIXIT4U for transforming my PC from an aging, faulty, noisy and slow/refuse to boot machine into a quiet, fast to boot machine running the latest operating system after fitting a new SSD and graphics card. I found Alonas - IFIXIT4U in my desperate situation on youtube. My iMac decided to stop working and had no sign of life - no power - logic board issue and of course no data back up. After contacting Apple directly and other local Apple authorised places I found no help in my situation and the only solution was a logic board replacement with losing all my data.
After seeing Alonas impressive work on YouTube I knew there was hope and a solution to my situation.
He is a remarkable and talented professional with passion in his field. The whole process from first call to the end was faultless. My iMac is running, logic board fixed not replaced and all data retrieved and full system backed up.

Apple Mac Book Pro Lap Top slow and in desperate need of disc cleaning up. Options were clearly provided by Alonas enabling us to decide on way forward without any pressure. Data was removed, disc clean up took place and all document files, apps, and data re-installed together with a new antivirus software. On handover time was spent by Alonas ensuring lap top log in and passwords worked satisfactory and any questions answered. A truly excellent trusted service.

After being told my phone was not fixable by Apple I decided to seek a second opinion and Alonas only went and fixed it!! 💪🏼🏆
