Customer Service

I had an issue with my initial order. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and worked to help make the order right. You rarely get service that quickly and thoughtfully. I really appreciated their help.

I purchased the K36 Series Vacuum and unfortunately it does not perform as shown. Unit does not skim water, also cannot climb walls / steps. Unit passes over light dirt piles and hardly cleans bottom of pool. I have asked for assistance on the matter and was happy at response time and the upgrade the offered to correct the concern.

Got my SwimJetX and WOW! Game changer for my swimming exercising in my pool, and the kids love it! Easy to set up, easy to move around the pool, and easy to love!

Customer service is fantastic! I have a vinyl pool liner which the K-pro could not climb the walls. It did a good job of cleaning the floor. The technology of this robot is unbelievable! With pushing one button and away it goes.its a h great machine.

Purchased the Swimjet P Series P200. Haven’t hooked it up yet but did my research but I’ve unboxed it and it’s apparent that this is a well-engineered piece of equipment not some toy. I am more than super stoked to get this set up.

I purchased a K36 unit, but the battery run time did not meet expectations.
I garden promptly replaced the K36 with an upgraded unit to resolve the issue... They were very responsive and quickly made me a loyal customer... Based on my experience, a neighbor ordered an igarden unit for his pool

I was skeptical at first but after leaving the device to its devices Ibwas very impressed with the results. Pool was extremely clean and no messy hose’s left floating in the pool. I absolutely recommend my K36. Fantastic unit.

While the jury is still on the pool cleaner itself, the service team has been fantastic. After my initial telephone call, they have been very responsive over email. Solution-oriented and very concerned with customer satisfaction, offering to replace the device without hesitation. I'm am hopeful that the replacement will match the level of service that has been provided.

Customer service has been great to work with through the process of getting the l pro we purchased up and running. They never stopped offing new ideas until we had everything worked through! It’s great to find a company that really cares enough to provide CS that seems to really want to provide good solutions!

Quick response from iGarden about our new pool robot not taking a charge after a month of use. They are replacing it free of charge with a new unit. Great customer service.

This is a great company as far as customer service and quality of products. They sell well built, heavy duty pool cleaners and the packaging is by far the best packaging I’ve ever seen! These machines are like having a small tank, with a high end look cleaning my pool for me!

I was fully expecting resistance in my refund request, but instead I was provided with an optional choice with respect and kindness I was not expecting. Well done,

My K Pro didn't work and they are sending a new one out.

I ordered the k36 model and the battery life on the basic settings was not even lasting an hour, even with the update. I reached out to customer support and they have been great and even upgraded me to the next level unit. I am confident that tgis will not happen with the new unit.
