K36 Series Vacuum Review
I purchased the K36 Series Vacuum and unfortunately it does not perform as shown. Unit does not skim water, also cannot climb walls / steps. Unit passes over light dirt piles and hardly cleans bottom of pool. I have asked for assistance on the matter and was happy at response time and the upgrade the offered to correct the concern.

Customer service is fantastic! I have a vinyl pool liner which the K-pro could not climb the walls. It did a good job of cleaning the floor. The technology of this robot is unbelievable! With pushing one button and away it goes.its a h great machine.
Swimjet P Series P200
Purchased the Swimjet P Series P200. Haven’t hooked it up yet but did my research but I’ve unboxed it and it’s apparent that this is a well-engineered piece of equipment not some toy. I am more than super stoked to get this set up.

I garden promptly replaced the K36 with an upgraded unit to resolve the issue... They were very responsive and quickly made me a loyal customer... Based on my experience, a neighbor ordered an igarden unit for his pool

I was skeptical at first but after leaving the device to its devices Ibwas very impressed with the results. Pool was extremely clean and no messy hose’s left floating in the pool. I absolutely recommend my K36. Fantastic unit.

I ordered the k36 model and the battery life on the basic settings was not even lasting an hour, even with the update. I reached out to customer support and they have been great and even upgraded me to the next level unit. I am confident that tgis will not happen with the new unit.
