I ordered the latest pool cleaner…

I ordered the latest pool cleaner (M1-AI100) and the iGarden support team has been very helpful. They've responded quickly to my questions and issues and after a quick assessment, they are sending a replacement unit. They definitely stand behind their product.

Great pool maintenance cleaner! The app is very user friendly and this k series cleaner is such a stress free cleaner that I can let go and have peace of mind knowing it’s keeping my pool clean. Highly recommend!

I received my iGarden pool robot…

I received my iGarden pool robot timely. It did not work properly so I contacted customer services. They were very responsive and offered an upgraded model without hesitation. Thank you for your willingness to provide me with this option. I look forward to receiving the upgraded model!

Issue Resolved

The ordering process went smooth. Unit delivered on time, but unfortunately didn't work correctly. Customer service responded to me promptly and anew upgraded model was sent to me and operated correctly. Great communication with customer service.

Appalling communication / did not deliver on its promise to ship the product before the end of May!

I backed the iGarden swim jet with the promise that one would be shipped end of May. The company have taken my money but, so far, I have not received any communication on the shipping date whatsoever! To be clear: I do not complain about a delay of a few days but about the complete lack of response / appalling communication towards their initial backers - and I’m not the only one!

1st time owning a pool so I wasn’t sure…

1st time owning a pool so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Pretty amazed by the costumer support, any questions at all they are addressing and resolving. The robot it self is a pretty neat design even though the less tech-savy individuals might need to play around with it a few times till you figure out what cleaning mode works best for your pool and size.

We love our robot

We love our robot. It cleans the pool excellently and we call it the Lambo for Lamborghini cuz it's so sporty looking as well. And customer service was very helpful. When we first got it we found out we needed to update our software cuz there had been an update while it was shipping

I have to say the 800 number was active anytime I called for support. I had several questions as related to the AI and the phone app which they walked me through. I would buy other products from them if I have the need. Thanks

They answered all my questions quickly…

They answered all my questions quickly before ordering. I did my research and already knew this was exactly what I wanted. I have a friend that swears by the K pro pool cleaner so this was a no brainer for me.

Disappointed in their support

Let's start with a couple of the reasons I purchased an iGarden product. After finding multiple products out in the marketplace that would fill my need I looked at the service each company claimed to offer. Your 30 day no hassle return policy and the 2+ year warranty is what made iGarden the winner.

However, my request in the email was not meet.
I requested a copy of the return policy. That was not sent. This is already starting to feel like a hassle.

I appreciate the offer to upgrade the cleaner at no additional cost to me. It would have been better received had I also been sent a copy of the return policy. Or some sort of acknowledgment of my request.

I'm willing to consider the upgrade but not willing to let the 30 day full return period expire. If iGarden can confirm the full refund return period will be extended to 30 days past when the new product is received again, I'm willing to try to upgrade.

Also called the phone support, they were not well versed in using the app struggling to direct me to check for software updates. They were not able to help me with the return of the unit and had to pass on my request to some other department (they couldn't connect me and that dept. doesn't have a phone number I can call).

Lastly, I would have preferred to reply to your upgrade offer email with this communication (but the reply feature was deactivated. Having a conversation would have been a good option..... but here I am on some "Trustpilot" site writing a review. Still questioning if my concerns will be meet.
