I paid, and they didn't show. No warning, waited 15 minutes, got auto logged out. do not use, plenty of other providers.

Over a month ago, I sold my iPad to I Got Offer. It took them two weeks to inspect my item (not 2 days as promised). I had to contact them for the status of my check, and it was supposed to be issued in the full amount over two weeks ago. I am still waiting for the check.

Don't believe what they advertise. Terrible customer service.

Sold them 2 old computers and 2 old iPhones. There were recommended by a friend from the US. Had to contact them because I live in Canada, and on their Site they deal with the US clients only. They accepted the items. In 4 days they received them, it took 1 day to check if they were functional and then they paid the full amount. They are working (they say) to expand their operations in Canada.

I've utilized their service several times now and each time, the process has been straightforward and hassle-free.

Their website is user-friendly, making it easy to find the right category for my device and giving me an estimated quote in just a few clicks. I appreciate that they offer competitive prices for old gadgets, often better than other similar platforms. They seem to value the worth of used electronics, making it possible for sellers to get a decent return on their old devices.

I've sold a couple of my old MacBooks and an iPhone through iGotOffer. Each time, they provided a prepaid shipping label, so sending my devices to them was cost-free and convenient. On one occasion, my device was re-quoted due to a condition discrepancy, but the company was transparent about the process and the price adjustment was reasonable.

Customer service has been helpful and responsive when I had questions. They offered clear instructions and were prompt in their communication.

One area for improvement could be the payment speed. While I have always received my payments, there were a couple of times where the process took a bit longer than I expected. However, they did always come through in the end.

Overall, my experience with iGotOffer.com has been positive. I would recommend this platform to anyone looking to sell their used electronics quickly and at a fair price.

These people are pure scam artist. The sent me an email claiming a piece of tape (1 out of 4) was tampered with. They wanted to open it all the way.

The phone was brand new unopened and these thieves tried to scam me. When I confronted them with video of my packaging it up and that I was filing a complaint with the attorney general and bbb they sent me an email saying they were returning it.

Do not use these thieves.

Was advised by email that my payment had been processed and sent. Twelve days later, I still have not received. Have left three VM messages with a return call number and have yet to receive a call back. Business is non-responsive and customer services is abysmal. I do not recommend doing business with this organization.

This company is nothing but liars and scam artists. I sold them a mint condition iPhone XR in 2019 with repeated promises that they would send my money. Then they filled for bankruptcy and essentially STOLE everyone’s property. To date I have only received 25% on payouts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

"I sent in two iPhones 12 pro max based on the initial offer stated. Upon receiving the phones, they are falsely claiming the phones are Locked. I sent them the email confirmation from At&T confirming the unlock status. I called At&T 2X to confirm the unlock status, which they did and then I even sent in a copy of the text confirmation from At&T that the phones are unlocked. Why is this company falsely stating the phones are locked when they are not? The only reason I can believe is that they want to purchase for less from me under the guise the phones are locked when they are not. So either thier IMEI system they use to check is wrong or At&T is falsely stating the phones are unlocked. Which is it? I had high hopes here and I am still hoping they do the right thing but not sure they will."

Never had any issues. Quick payment and easy shipping instructions. Don’t really understand the bad reviews, think Igotoffer is bad then you clearly haven’t gone through BuyMyPod

Sent in two used but good surfaces.
Checked conditions before sending in (I'm in I.T. so I'd like to think I was pretty thorough. )
They emailed saying there was discoloration in both of the screens. Which is complete nonsense since I had even wiped them before sending out and both displays were fine up until boxing.
Box was sealed with no wiggle room and padding between everything, including the screens and the surface keyboard.

Absolutely a shady place and to be avoided by anyone since the initial offer you think you're getting isn't true by a long shot.

We sent in our 64GB Yellow IPhone XR after paying off our devices and leaving AT&T. Igotoffer refused to give us the quoted amount & sent the phone back via UPS 08/29/2020. We called in a month later after never receiving the device only to be informed by igotoffer that UPS has lost the device & they aren’t liable for returned devices. Complete scam

I got an offer from these guys for the Apple product yesterday 02/19/20 and when I looked at reviews I found out that they are bankrupted. What the hell is wrong with these guys that they are still milking money out of people even after bankruptcy. These guys are the worst I have seen so far even in case of frauds.I am surprised that they are still allowed to operate by the bankruptcy laws when they cannot pay. What a rip off

Terrible, terrible company. Sent them a BRAND NEW phone, still in box with wrapping, it's now been three months and they have not sent me any money nor have they responded to any of my inquiries in the past month. BBB says they have filed for bankruptcy, seems to have happened just after I sent my phone in - but they are still operating! Terrible experience, do not send them anything.

Getting a quote and shipping was as expected. After I agreed to the price they offered for a computer display, a few days later they sent me an email that a check was sent to me via USPS. After 3 weeks and no check, I called and emailed several times. They do not answer their phone messages or respond to email. Besides the fact that they have my display, I am also out of $25 that I paid to have the display professionally packed to assure it would be received with no damage. Stay away.

Sent my Apple Watch in 2 months ago and still haven’t been paid. They will not reply to emails and when you call the number you hold for about 5 minutes and then sent to voicemail. I found out today they have filed bankruptcy. Terrible DISHONEST company!!!

I submitted an Apple TV for igoroffer to send payment. They’re now telling me it will take 45 days to get my money despite their site saying money is due upon receipt. This is a shady business practice. Beware!

Disappointed, it’s my first time doing businesses with this company I believed their website advertised payout in a couple days i followed up only to be told they have till December to payout because of their peak season. Wish they would update their main page to reflect peak season instead of hiding it in the fine print. I had more phones to sell thank god I didn’t send them all, after I sent them I had a bad feeling. Now after reading complaints I wish I had trusted my gut. Based on other reviews it seemed they had some good feedback so I don’t know what happened to this company.

I’ve had good experiences with this company in the past , but something seems to have changed.
I sent them my IPhone XS. They received the phone on 9/30 and we agreed on a purchase price.
Their website says payouts are made within a couple of days. After 7 days I followed up. I was told payment would be issued the following week.
I followed up today and was told payment was on hold and may not be issued until December!
I called customer service and asked to speak with someone in management. They would not transfer me or give me a name or number to call.
I contacted NYC BBB and filed a complaint. Within an hour I had an email from IGotOffer saying my check had been issued.
If I indeed get a check for the agreed upon amount I’ll be satisfied, however, there are complaints on the BBB site about bounced checks. Just hoping this ends well and I can be through with this company!
I received payment for my phone as well as an apology from IGotOffer. They said this delay in payment ‘Would never happen again’.
I had one other item I had sent to them during this same time period. When I checked on the status yesterday they AGAIN said payment was on hold until mid December. I went back to the NY BBB and AGAIN, a check was issued immediately.
If you are having trouble getting payment from this company, I’d strongly suggest contacting the NY BBB. They were an amazing help! I’m sure I’d still be I chasing my money without their help.

Quote said the phone could have light scratches which is all it had. Received email saying quote was reduced by $60 due to deep scratches. The phone indeed had some very light scratches that could only be seen when looking very closely, no heavy deep scratches as indicated. I feel this company uses bait and hook tactics. I'm also disappointed in the speed of payment. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for payment.
