Would reuse
While there were some unclear processes, the end result was better than expected. Based on a previous interaction in with this company, I expected a much quicker payout and I was beginning to get nervous. After speaking with Adam, the review/payout processes were clarified and we discussed ways to make these processes more understood upfront. He seemed genuinely concerned with rectifying any negative feelings I had towards the organization. A deposit equal to the full quote of my device was deposited into my paypal account even prior to our conversation. Overall, excellent company.

I was amazed at the simplicity of the process. It was so easy to do business with them. This is how it should be with everything, everywhere. It fact, I enjoyed it so much I almost wish I had more Cr-Apple products to sell to them.

The best online service to sell used iPhone
Had to call them because I couldn't decide about the quality of my iPhone and had to send them photos, and they called back immediately, talked to three of them, no one in their customer service complained. Their technicians were helpful and polite. They guided me in the right direction about the iPhone I was selling. The payment offered was better than in Gazelle. I sold them my iPhone 6. 10 out of 10.
