Mark Jones and the team at Igreen Energy were great.
I did a lot of research before committing, Mark kept in regular contact and was very patient when I continually asked for my time to decide.... during this time he was able to adjust products and repayments to suite my needs. In the end I got a quality system for a price that no body could beat. Credit also has to go to the fiancé company Brighte, and the solar installers TMS Solar and Electrical that Igreen energy use.
To the new buyer I would recommend DO YOUR RESEARCH.
- understand your electricity bill / kwh / discounts / your day to average / (compare apples with apples) changing providers may increase you solar savings. I recommend Energy Locals
- how and when solar works, what you will use and what you will sell
- compare panel and inverter types and brands
- if using fiancé what is the interest
All this adds up to your new bill, they say it takes 4 to 5 years to pay off solar.... with the system I got from Igreen energy I should be saving straight away.

Everything was up-front with full disclosure, good job by the installer guys with a minimum of fuss on a Sunday with one heavy shower on a tin roof. Now enjoying all those lovely free electrons flowing throughout the house wiring whenever there's even a hint of sunlight hitting those panels :D Price comparison was excellent and their feedback rating was the highest I could find on independent review sites.

iGreen Energy staff, Mark Jones has been an honest, knowledgeable and with excellent customer service to me.All questions and doubts were explained clearly. Gave best price and excellent product. Calls and Emails were always answered and replied within an hour.
All required paperwork was done, peace of mind. My arranged Solar System was Installed as in promised time. Installers were friendly with an excellent quality of job done. Energy retailer has also installed Smart Meter within 2 weeks for free.

I was contacted by the salesmen on the phone and as I was looking for a decent system I just asked him to email me a couple of quotes as I knew what I wanted.
Quotes came within 24hrs and were very competative using good quality products.
I went ahead and everything else was plain sailing.
The lads turned up on time we chatted about position of panels and inverter as weve a 2 storey house the inverter was in the garage which is opposite to electric box so cabling had to go over house.
When I came home I was very impressed with the workmanship I could hardly see and cables the inverter was in a spot out of the way all clean and tidy.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased a 6kW system from iGreen Energy in July 2018 for my two-storey home in Sydney's inner west.
22 x Jinko 275W panels each with its own Enphase S230 micro-inverter plus an Envoy-S consumption monitor. The system was installed by Sargon Askaro.
iGreen provided a quotation without visiting my home but that appears to be normal. Out of four quotes, only one company came to site to quote and they were the most expensive. The other three including iGreen Energy relied on satellite pictures of my roof/home orientation. iGreen were the cheapest of the four quotes but the quality of the system depends on the installer, not the company that gives you the quote, right.
Well I need not have worried. Sargon was courteous and professional across the two days it took to complete the install. Sargon consulted with me about the best orientation for the panels and if I had any spare roof tiles in case he broke any (only three in the end). I observed them taking great care whilst screwing in the mounting rails, securing the PV panels, running the electrical cables and drilling through the roof tiles. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home as they found it.
At the end of the installation, Sargon spent time with me explaining how the monitoring system worked including setting up the app on my phone.
A day after the installation was done, Brijesh from iGreen lodged the paperwork with my energy retailer for the replacement of my old electricity meter with a "smart" meter. My provider confirmed today that they will replace the meter sometime in the next 4-6 weeks.
I am very pleased to give iGreen Energy (and Sargon Askaro in particular) the highest rating.
