Extremely helpful
Extremely helpful, very easy to contact through email, text and phone. Even responded to texts outside of business hours!
There was a distribution supply issue that they kept me informed about and I am happy with my solar system.
I got 3 other quotes for the same Tier 1 panels and inverter and iGreen Energy came in cheaper than everyone else.
One improvement: I would have liked to be offered optimised panels. I didn't know about them until the installer came and asked why I didn't install optimised panels. Had I known about their advantages I probably would have spent the extra money.

Very quick to quote
Very quick to quote, competitive quote, always returned calls quickly and easy to contact. Kept us informed at all times and followed through with promises. No fuss installation by installer who knew his stuff. Our installation was in the country and very few other companies would even quote. Very impressed with Igreen Energy and would highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service
I had a great experience purchasing my my solar system from iGreen Energy. Not only did I get a great deal but the sales guys were fantastic and installers were good blokes too.
