Chris made the process pretty easy and got back to all my questions in a timely manner.
However, as a company, IBroker, it would be nice to have some sort of receipt or dashboard confirmation of your purchased policy in the interim while waiting for your insurance policy cards. It was not something offered up front. I had to ask for it. But I can say it was later provided. I would have given the company 5 stars if it was something provided upfront as part of the transaction.

I am glad that Chris was able to present you a form of confirmation for your marketplace enrollment the day after your application was submitted to provide peace of mind that all steps were completed to ensure coverage. Carriers generally take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 business days to process new enrollments and generate policy numbers within their systems. From there it can take 5-7 business days to receive physical copies in the mail. Each insurance carrier has their own timeline in providing policy information to agents and policyholders. Hopefully during our continued services with you, you will see our dedication and earn a 5 star rating from you in the future.

Eric Harris was our broker
Eric Harris was our broker. He was very informative and helpful in getting me set up with my plans for Medicare. The only point that was upsetting, is after we talked about the plans my husband and myself wanted to study it some more and then I would get back with him the next day. I did get back with his office and he was not available so I left a message with whoever answered the phone about what plans I had decided to signed up for. So, I thought this was a done deal. So, 2 weeks later I called to see if he got the message because I had not heard from him.This was the last day of my birth month I could sign up so to get my plan to start on the first of the month. I was very upset thinking I may have to wait another month. The secretary who answered the phone that day was very helpful and apologetic and took all my information after speaking with Eric, I really appreciated that. I just felt like we should have gotten a follow up call or text after a couple of days so I would have known that he did not receive my information. I do appreciate all of the help.
