Gave them two stars for their Covid-19 antigen rapid test. We received a 5-test pack and three of the test tubes did not contain reagents. Only two of the tests were usable. It is next to impossible to get satisfaction from iHealth on defective tests. Very bad.

I identified a delivery issue with my order. I was very impressed with the speed of contacting me and offering a few alternatives to remedy my issue. In the end iHealth has a commitment to Customer Satisfaction that we rarely see today from merchants.

I had purchased some iHealth Covid tests via Groupon. After finding out that these kits were potentially not authentic, I contacted iHealth Customer Service. They followed up with their Quality Assurance Team. I emailed pictures of the box as well as a pried open test card. The QA team did indeed determine they were not authentic. I was able to get reimbursed from Groupon for my purchase. The iHealth team was prompt to reply and explained the process well.
