Our server was fantastic, and really made our lunch successful and fun. She was the only server there, and was running all over the place, but she was cheerful and helpful and we really appreciated it!! We were going to Las Vegas from so cal, and had just stopped for a bite, and it was really a nice break from the drive. The food was pretty good, bu mostly we thought the waitress was sensational. Her name was Jessica. We were way out in the middle of nowhere, and were so surprised!!

Adam at Grand Prairie Tx 1931 location was very attentive and helpful server. Food was quick and delicious.

Lisa at Federal way was just over the top AMAZING!

The IHOP manager at the location in Grand Rapids, Michigan needs some training in customer service. After I was treated rudely by her at check out, I responded, "you're welcome". Her response was, "for what?". I explained to her that I was a customer spending money for 3 people at her store, and courtesy would be a "thank you". She just carried on very rudely. Needless to say, I will not be back at that restaurant! You are welcome, Kaylee!!

The server helped us find the senior menu and was very friendly and helpful great food thank you

This young lady will say and do anything for the owner they saved her they got her off side of the street hold up a sign begging for food and money she was and still is a powerhead

I am very disappointed in the food I just got from the I Hop in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin
I ordered a biscuit and gravy that was delivered.
I opened to find about a tablesoon of gravy in a small conament cup for a gravy biscuit.
I believe in getting what you pay for.
If you order a biscuit and gravy you should get at least enough gravy to cover the two biscuit half’s
Not a half of biscuit worth.
On top of that the biscuit was cold and the gravy was ice cold too.

IHOP Blue Bell PA,customer service great,food,edible,condition dirty,atmosphere blah,I'll never go to another Ihop.

IHop-I ordered pancakes, tasty, BUT, no butter, syrup included, looked that pancakes were thrown in the container 🤨 Will not order ever again, and will spread my experience.

I went to ihop fpr the advertised $6 breakfast. I ordered and a small glass of milk. When i went to pay, the breakfast wasv$7 and thec8 ounces of milk i got cost me $4,79....

4 dollars and 79 cents for 8 ounces of milk. And $7 for my $6 breakfast that i hop has been advertising for $6.

Thats $11.79 for a $6 breakfast.
I complained to corporate and now they are ignoring me.

Filthy. 3 location with dirty trash on walkways. Two parties in restaraunt(counting me) at 10.20 am. Others had their food. Two employees walked over very dirty napkin in the busiest walkway in restaraunt 4x with empty hands and would not pick it up, or other two trashy areas. One spot was ice on floor where people walk and ignored the slip and fall risk. I'll never be back. 1. 13. 26 in Longmont Colorado.

I visited the UCF location # 36-211 this am and my server, the ONLY person I saw on the floor was Ethiana. SHE is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of just 1. And to be fair, I don't know if the restaurant was short-handed, if the manager on duty was filling in the back doing prep or helping cook, but she was the only one I saw running around, greeting and seating guest, taking orders, getting food out and trying to do the bests she could while not showing any frustration and always keeping a great attitude and smiling.

Having been a manager in both fast food and full service restaurants in the 90s, I know what it is like to be short-handed and not have people show up for worth. I would have been rolling back my sleeves, filling in to prep, cook, serve, refill drinks, seat guests, buss tables or do whatever was necessary to expedite and make the guest experience the best possible. I watched as Ethiana greeted guest at both entrances and ran around doing everything on the guest floor. At this pace she easily does 30K steps a day.

I sure hope she is going to school because she will make a great leader, trainer, operations manager, or executive leading my example. Hats off to the young lady from a person who "gets it" which is why I tipped way above the 20%. You did an outstanding job and remained calm, cool, and collected while under fire and when I asked if she was the only server on duty, she didn't b*t*h, complain, make excuses or place blame on her team or management. She simply said the other server will be here in a moment.

I am leaving this on Trust Pilot because I don't trust Google or Yelp reviews. But I sure hope management of this corporation (not just location) see it and take good care of you. You would make an excellent leader in hospitality, healthcare or ANY other field that interests you.

1st order from Monroe IHOP. Food was good. Took over an hour for delivery. No napkins, utensils, butter, syrup, salt and pepper, catsup or any condiments or supplies of any sort. Not impressed with service.

Stephanie was a great help to us and did a good job attending to all our needs. Food was great as well

Beware. All those who go to I hop make sure your shoes are clean or you will be lectured by the waitress or waiter.

ITs sucks I hop doesnt accept AARP or have a discount for seniors!!! oh thats right there is, for 3 items on the menu. Poor customer serv for seniors

I ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns , ham, and pancakes. First and foremost, one syrup is not enough for 3 pancakes. Luckily I have syrup at home but no need to be greedy either. The hash browns are too crispy and brown. I like them soft. When I go in person, parts of the food is cold while others are warm.

This experience was one of the most irritating experiences of my life. It was Christmas day and I brought my family to I hop to have a nice christmas dinner. We all ordered our food and i ordered a breakfast sampler with no hash browns subbing it with an extra thing of eggs with cheese turkey sasuage with 2 ham 2 bacon andoverheard the staff saying I was table 31. My fork was dirty out the wrap and I ask for plastic utensils. Then waited almost 1 hour before my food came and when my food came it had a hash brown on it and no pancakes was with it but my waiter promised it was coming. So I ate my eggs and waited for the rest to come, after 30 minutes we decided it was too long an hr and 30 minutes and all I've eaten was eggs. So we call our waiter over to be told he was not sure why I haven't gotten my eggs and pancakes and my 2 nieces haven't gotten her fruit or a refill on her water in an hr and a half my friend hasn't gotten his pancake, eggs, and 2 extra sausage links and turkey links and I'm still waiting on my eggs and pancakes so overall a total disaster. We spoke with the manager who spoke with her team in the back to remedy the situation and said the best she can do is 10% off. After waiting what felt the the entirety of an NFL game that wasn't acceptable. I told her she can ring me up for the eggs and I didn't touch non of the other food because I was upset that not everyone had all there food including me. I hope everyone else Christmas dinner was delightful because the prince invaded mine.

We don't mind a wait as we are patient and enjoy one another's company ( my wife and I) but we won't be back because apparently our wait included our food sitting under the heat lamp in the kitchen. Our server seemed to be rushed, perhaps in the weeds and I would suggest fewer tables per server or have food runners. As expensive as everything is, its salt on the financial wound to get poor quality food And service. We won't be back.

Today at balajat IHOP branch -
So, it was like me craving for crunchy Belgian waffles and yes craving succeed. However, my daughter ordered split combo whereas the pancake ain't cook in the middle😞..oh that's bad!

The kitchen should be very careful on how to serve the food especially on breakfast. It might spoil the taste buds for the whole day of the person who eat raw food and or uncooked flour on their pancake.

But there's a thing, the server named PRAMITA really knows her job; from how she was trying to pleased us and turns the disappointment to gratitude.

Hoping the company value this kind of employees.
