As I was wondering what to get my friend for her birthday present, I came across a twitter post of hers about wanting a kanken. So I immediately thought of ordering from here as I had previously told another of my friend to make a purchase from here. Although I ordered it pretty close to her birthday, the order reached my house just slightly before her birthday and I must say I'm impressed with the service. Thanks so much to ilovemykanken for providing such excellent service and of course, excellent products. Definitely would buy again from you guys if I ever need to get another Kanken. :)

It's so light even put a lot of things. I use it everyday for different things, work bag, travelling bag.It's looks so cool .Love it !

I have been looking for a small sturdy nice looking backpack for school and general outings. I am a really picky person but I was quite happy with my kanken no. 2 so far. The deep red suits most of my clothes and shoes and is pretty easy to mix and match. It is large enough to fit my 13inch MacBook but not so big that it will easily move around(collecting scratches) like if I'm running after the bus. Its weight is reasonable given the top notch built quality of the materials used. Feels like an average weight among bags this size. I personally like the handles a lot because sometimes my shoulder ache after working out or for whatever reason and they are really handy to use to carry around even if the contents are heavy. The shoulder straps are sturdy but they aren't really meant to support a lot of weight. So if your bag is heavy, I reccomend you get shoulder paddings add-ons or adjust the straps so that the weight is closer to your body. It works well enough for me. As long as you don't carry anything more than 10 kg everyday, it shouldn't be a deal breaker. I got mine with a wax bar as I thought it will make my bag last longer. Can't really comment on it's effectiveness as my bag is still relatively new. But it definitely helps keeps the rain out if applied properly. Which can be a bit of a hassle. But only a 5min one. I like the customer service on the website mainly because it has the option of notifying me when a sold-out product I want come back onto the shelves. Which is feel is like a really basic service but not many online stores have it. The delivery service is world wide which is great for people like me not living in the UK. I got mine items within 7 working days with no shipping charge. I even got a tracking number to see the journey of my items which helps with the waiting. Haha. Overall, it was a good shopping experience with no deal breakers so I can safety reccomend it to my friends to who want to buy kanken items.

Bought one for myself and my husband, and my father in law. All of us use it everyday for different things, laptop bag, camera bag, travelling bag. It's so versatile, light and compact, I wish I needed only one, but I need all them in every colour.

Totally worth the waiting for the shipping rather than buying it from a store mainly due to price and colours available. In my home country, there's only one (at least I only know of one store) store which sells Kankens and the colours available are very limited. Buying directly from the website let me get a look of the full range of colours available and get something that's not so common here due to the limitations of the physical store here. Also, the prices of Kankens on the website is slightly cheaper than back home as they mark up the prices by quite a bit to cover shop space. I would recommend those who like to stand out of the crowd with their uniquely ccoloured Kankens to get them from the site:)

Amazing range of products, in various colours and styles. I loved how clear they were with what was in or out of stock, how much was left and when something was returning soon. Came in the mail relatively quickly (I thought it would take longer) and was in perfect condition. I recommend this to anyone.

The website offers a large variate of colors of the backpacks. The price is very good and affordable.
The problem is it does not have a membership program so I cannot log into the website and track my history orders which makes it very unconvenient. Hope it can improves.

I absolutely love my kanken!! The shipping was very fast and the price was amazing.I got my bag just in time before school started. I order the kanken classic, it's not too little or too big it's just right . It fits all my books as well. The best part about its that no matter how big my books are it doesn't seem to be heavy. My first Kanken is a dual-colour one, I ordered as a gift for myself for Christmas. It is reasonably priced (special thanks here to a Christmas discount :). I absolutely love this backpack, it's so comfortable, and it can hold all items I need. The shipping was fast, and my Kanken arrived much faster than expected. It is a wonderful backpack I bought for myself as christmas present. There are also a wide range of colour to choose from so that you can find one that matches your clothes. I have chosen the limited bright red and navy version of kanken classic and everyone said it suits me :D It is a subtle and gentle navy colur contrasted by vivid bright red which suits almost most of my daily outfits! The backpack may look smaller than you think, but it defo holds more than you know! I carried it to lecture everyday now as I don't need to care if the weather is rainy. It is multi-purposed and I defo recommended it to everyone!!! :)

I'm super pleased with I Love My Kanken. As a non-EU customer from the United States, I was able to get a 20% discount and get my kanken for much cheaper than through Fjallraven's store. The shipping took about 1-2 weeks, but since it's coming in from the UK and it's around Christmastime that's to be expected. I also got my tracking number very quickly so I could monitor my package. I got a Kanken Classic in Navy and it's great. The colors on I Love My Kanken are very accurate. The bag itself is super spacious and trendy!
