Great table. Just what I wanted.

I am delighted with the quality of the dining chairs I have just purchased they look amazing! Customer services have been brilliant too keeping us updated on our delivery which came in good time. Thank you so much I will definitely be buying more items from this company!

I saw this lamp on many other sites but found the I Love Retro had the best price. It is a stunning lamp and so pleased I bought.

Lovely table and just what I was looking for.

The dining chairs are excellent quality. The delivery was almost 3 months late, however this was due to the current shipping crisis and not the fault of the company. Overall very happy

Great service quick delivery and quality product

I ordered a nest of tables and unfortunately one of the tables had a scratch on it. Alice dealt swiftly with my request to uplift and replace the tables. Not only very responsive but organising re-delivery and collection of the old set all on dates that suited me. Very impressive and personal service

Although there was a slight mix up with the tracking information regarding a longer than expected expected delivery date, this was very quickly sorted out by Alice and my parcel arrived the following day. Her helpfulness and excellent communication made the transaction both easy and a pleasure.

We are still waiting for our goods to arrive...these were ordered in August with an original delivery date of October. Alice has been great at responding but we have had to chase for updates, and the delivery date has been pushed back 3 times now. I'm concerned we won't have a dining table for our first Christmas in our new home. Please please can they be more transparent in their supply and delivery information, so false expectations aren't set?!

I Made a mess with my order. Emailed to state the issue and was dealt with timely and efficiently also very pleasant.

I placed an order on 2nd April 2021 for 5 items from the Odette range of furniture. At the time they said it was a preorder but I had to pay in full up front, for delivery at the end of May. Nothing arrived and no communication. I chased them by email as the one mobile number I could find was never answered. They then did dispatch one item which arrived on 2nd July. They said by email that the rest were delayed and would arrive at the end of August. I never ever got any emails informing me of what was going on except when I chased them. Each time, the delivery was about 2 months away and they were about to be dispatched from China. I am still being told the same thing, though all the other companies who used to stock the same range say that their suppliers say it is no longer available. They gave me an extra 10% discount for my 'patience' (or idiocy) but no goods. I have given them 2 stars as they did deliver one item only a month late, and did give the 10% off that they promised. However, the appallingly poor communications and the lack of clarity and honesty about the delivery, even now, means that they are totally unreliable and I would never use them again however cheap and wonderful their products might be. Never trust a company that you cannot phone. I now wait to see if they will refund the £1300 + money that they owe me.

Very happy with my Vetell floor lamp. Arrived earlier than expected. Straightforward to put together, and looks great. Had one small query with customer services which Alice promptly took care of the same day. Would definitely order from Love Retro again.
