I bought a pair of lamps which looked beautiful in the picture.
On receiving them I felt the quality was poor considering their price & wished to return them.
Unfortunately to return them I would have been charged £9.95 each & was understandably very disappointed at this!
I was offered a 20% discount if I decided to keep them & whilst still not really totally happy with the lamps I did decide to keep them rather than waste £20 returning them.

Really quick delivery and I love the sheep footstool it’s quite a talking point.

I ordered a picture it said estimated delivery Wich was quite a while anyway, I waited for it being dispatched and after the due date it still hadn’t arrived I then had to contact them via email as no number to call , I asked for a phone call several times and still none , after taking a day to get back to me they were looking into it , I then had to contact them again to be told the products were damaged . I should not of had to wait to contact them , I was then asked if I’d prefer something else and not offered a refund I had to ask for one . I would not recommend this company and do not rare their customer service . I think the response given is basically they are happy to take your money but not inform you when things are going wrong not harsh at all , I was not once contacted by you , you did not update me I contacted yourselves , terrible customer service .

Received damaged goods I can't use. Probably Haulier or supplier fault, but found it a little difficult to contact I Love Retro. Finally received response and been told replacement imminent. Will update once received.

Alice was very quick to reply and sorted my query out straight away, excellent service!

I’m still waiting for my order that I placed in august and I’ve been told it will arrive on several different dates. I would never order again.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service. Alice was very helpful!!
In regards to the order is good quality. The only thing i would say they had to mention at the description that is a print with glass cover. Not a glass work. It looks nice though but is not what i was expecting.

I ordered a nest of tables from I Love Retro. When I received them, one of the tables had some slight damage to it. Alice from I Love Retro was really helpful and quick in responding and sorting out a replacement to be sent out/collection of the damaged table. I would definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family, the tables are really sturdy!

Alice was Really helpful in moving our delivery dates due to house build delays!

Beautiful chairs , good quality. One arrived with a wrong part but Alice Cooper in Customer Services was extremely helpful, sorted a replacement and kept checking until the new part arrived. I will definitely use again

Following a problem with my order I can’t thank Alice Cooper enough for all her help and support with this . She was extremely attentive from the start when I had a few questions about the product and this continued throughout the order process. She was always very quick to respond to any communication and kept me fully updated with any new developments . Even once the order had been delivered she sent a courteous email to check that I had received the order and that everything was ok . A 5 star service !

Nice shoe cabinet but assembling is complicated.

Great value and I can’t believe how quickly the chairs arrived. The quality is fantastic and I would highly recommend them. The communication for delivery was great so we didn’t have to wait in all day for them. 100% satisfied with the product and service

I ordered the product (Orbin Arc floor lamp) on 1 July 2021, and like many other things at this time, the lamp arrived 2 months after the original delivery date. The product arrived in two parts on 18 and 21 October, and alas absolutely no communication from the delivery company. The first parcel was delivered when we were away on holiday and placed next to the door - luckily, our neighbours noticed and brought it into their house. I Love Retro customer advisers tried to help and responded to my emails in reasonable time to help trace the item - but not a word from the courier as to when the item will be delivered. The shade turned out to be defective and I asked for it to be replaced, which I Love Retro team promptly ordered for me and it finally arrived today. I would have loved to have a better experience with the items delivery / courier communication, but I love Retro team tried to alleviate and help as and when they could. Thank you!

Although I had to wait longer than anticipated, the wait was well worth it. The dining chairs are absolutely fantastic!! the quality is second to done. I was also really impressed on how the chairs were packed for delivery. Quality and value for money 110%

Unfortunately my item arrived in a... somewhat, LATE, and sadly BROKEN ,with one hand dysfunctional, all adding to great embarrassment on my behalf after unboxing and handing it to my Son as a moving in gift!
