Truth be told, I loves the Diff.
I bought 3 I loves the ‘Diff tote bags for Christmas gifts (OK, one was for me...) as Cardiff is a really special city to us and you can never have enough totes, right? They were thrilled and I have proudly taken my bag out on trips to the Post Office and Supermarket. Maybe one day they’ll travel a bit further afield! Thanks for the surprise ‘I Loves The ‘Diff’ sticker too!

I love the I Loves the ‘Diff stuff, it’s so quirky. I bought a print for a mate’s birthday and they were very helpful with getting it posted as the address was outside Wales. One improvement, some links are on some pages, but hidden on others. However, I only say that cause I want people to see your cool stuff. All the best!

Excellent service. I ordered coasters and although some weren't in stock, we sorted it so I could make the order. Quick communication from the company in regard to a few queries I had, considering we were in a national firebreak for a fortnight. Items were excellent quality and will make a lovely gift. I would have put zero star if Only I could.
I ordered a calendar from my most favourite artists and the cost with shipping was 19 euros something, which I paid. I then received an email from "Christian" asking me to pay an extra 4 euros because he "forgot" to add the international shipping: he basically did a mistake.
I replied that it was highly unprofessional and that he should pay for the extra 4 pounds he was asking of me, take responsibility for his mistake. Well, all he said was that I was "rude" and re-imbursed me instead.
I am really really sad cause I wanted this calendar so much. Nevertheless I won't let someone make ME pay for their mistake. I will NEVER order from them again and do not recommend them at all. I have reached out to the artist to see if I can get any of his prints out of this plateform, hopefully yes.

Thank you for your review, as promised in your last email in which you called me "stupid" and "arrogant", among other things.
We always try to do our best for our customers. We are proud of our customer service – we meet tight deadlines, hand deliver locally – and sometimes not so locally – in the evening or on weekends, and we have done our best for the many thousands of customers that we have been grateful to have since starting I Loves The 'Diff some 11 years ago. Probably the best thing about running the company is getting to meet or interact with so many people who are also passionate about Cardiff. It has been a privilege. I always say that we have the best customers because almost without exception they are such friendly people. I'm sad to say that, in this sorry situation, I do not recall ever receiving an email from a customer like yours.
To put things in context, this transaction is for the purchase of a Cardiff calendar that celebrates our shared love for the Welsh capital. The extra cost for the calendar to reach France (as charged at the Post Office) is £4. I am sorry if you felt in anyway misled by the UK pricing (in sterling, not Euro as you state above) on the site. In my polite email to you I had even mentioned my genuine love of visiting Bordeaux. Yet I was actually taken aback by your response, and your continued invective. We regularly waive postage fees and have continuously subsidised postage on some products because of the high prices charged by Royal Mail. So this 'disagreement' arose not around the matter of £4 at all but due to my not being willing to do business with someone whose emails I deemed to be abusive.
While we post internationally the standard postage on the website covers deliver to the UK, which is stated clearly. Since you are based in France I believe that it is reasonable of you to expect to pay a bit more towards postage when purchasing goods from foreign firms. Certainly all of our international customers – in the last few days, for example, folks in the USA, China and Romania – consider this to be acceptable. Some pay at the time of making the purchase if they are able to navigate the website. Others happily pay afterwards. In the case of this product, international shipping was not available at the time of checkout, hence why I emailed you to explain.
I have discussed this with Carl, with whom we have made the calendar, because I feel badly that this negativity may reflect badly upon him also, and that is the last thing I would want. This matter aside, this project has been a great experience, and the calendars are proving very popular.
As the business owner, I feel that I have the right to choose not to conduct business with somebody who clearly has no respect for me or my firm. I treat people in the manner I would like to be treated. That said, I am not one to hold a grudge and these are stressful times for all of us. I hope we may be able to let the dust settle and you are able to obtain a calendar in due course. I just wish this sorry interaction had not taken place.
