Amazing personal service!
Amazing personal service - Christian replied to my email quickly, even though he was away on holiday! I needed delivery by Wednesday after the Bank Holiday Monday for a birthday gift, and it arrived on Tuesday!
I also enquired about a poster of the Cardiff Bus Song lyrics as I thought this would make a nice gift for an ex-Cardiffian, and he said he would look into getting one made - that'll be Christmas sorted for a few friends if he can manage it!

Excellent service . They didn't have the size I ordered in their hoody so offered to send me a smaller one which they felt would fit me or said I could wait a couple of weeks or select anpther type. I chose the smaller and they personally delivered it to me the next day and it was a perfect fit. Lovely packaging and excellent quality. I will be buying more as gifts for sure!

I contacted I Loves The ‘Diff to enquire about having one of their prints customised for a friend’s wedding gift. They not only customised the print but even incorporated a very last minute request. The price was very reasonable for such a bespoke gift and Christian was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again. Ace.

Top notch customer service!! Asked for my item to be resized and they got back to me within 2 hours in the evening and were able to get the item customised and ordered in under 24 hours! Love my underground print, looks fab! Highly recommend! :)

I have had the best customer service from 'I love the Diff'. I requested a t-shirt to be sent special delivery in order for me to receive it in time for my partner's 50th birthday. It arrived the next day. I will definitely be buying more 'I love the Diff' merchandise. Many thanks for this amazing service.

Chris of IlovestheDiff is truly phenominal
I ordered two items at different times so emailed IlovestheDiff to ask if they could be delivered at the same time. No problem was the almost instantaneous reply from the lovely Chris.
Then as it was getting close to going on holiday for 2 weeks I sent another email asking for delivery to be delayed. Back came the response - are you in today? Cutting a long story short BOTH were delivered before 3 pm. You can't get more customer focused than that. ACE service!!!!
