I'm A Natural is a British brand of cold pressed, single-ingredient culinary oils, operated by Vivazon Ltd from London. We bottle nineteen oils. Eighteen are 250ml mono oils — pumpkin seed, walnut, black seed (black cumin), camelina, flaxseed, grapeseed, hazelnut, hemp, poppy seed, sesame, black sesame, milk thistle, sea buckthorn, wheatgerm, rosehip, rosehip seed, amaranth and avocado. The nineteenth is our high-oleic sunflower oil, sold in 1 litre bottles and in packs of two and four. Every oil is exactly one ingredient. Nothing is blended, refined, deodorised or diluted, and nothing is added. All of it is cold pressed and bottled in glass rather than plastic, which keeps light out and the flavour intact. Mono oils are the whole point. Most oil on a supermarket shelf is a blend built to hit a price; ours is one seed, pressed without heat, so it still tastes of what it came from — pumpkin seed oil that is dark and nutty, walnut that is toasted and deep, camelina that is grassy and mild. Really good quality pumpkin seed oil. I’ve been using it mainly for salads and as a finishing oil, and I’m very happy with it. It has a lovely rich, nutty flavour without being too overpowering. You can really tell it’s a good-quality cold-pressed oil. The 250ml bottle is also a convenient size, especially if you use it occasionally. I’ll definitely buy it again.

Pumpkin seed oil really does shine as a finishing oil, exactly as you describe, and it's one we'd never recommend heating, so salads are the perfect use. The 250ml size is deliberate: cold-pressed oils are best used within a few months of opening, so a smaller bottle keeps every drop fresh.
