I am just coming out of an escalated…

I am just coming out of an escalated dispute in Paypal re a cardigan coat I purchased and what I received was nothing but tat. Although paypal have done what they have to do except drag my money back off these fraudulent people, they will soon learn they will get a bad name. That is because people like me only use paypal as being the securest way of paying for something on line. These people have realised this and are reaping rewards for also using them as a platform. I was under the conclusion the company was in the UK although no address is given or phone number to contact. I am also awaiting a pair of boots which since digging looking into this name know they use the same web site and I think using different names to reach a wider audience. Am a pensioner and losing £60 out of my pension is huge but, I can’t go out to buy what I need. They also say they cannot guarantee refunds till product is checked on return and also send messages like they are talking to some thick, well I must be one of those for buying without first checking every corner of the internet. I have also reported them to Facebook since I saw their page on there to but, they must pay for the advertisements so Facebook won’t do a thing about them. Please be ware and do some research first before being like me and buying with my eyes. The name their messages to paypal go under is Estival.co.ltd not lolemonmint the name I purchased through but, there are many more with the same advert for the cardigan coat and the boots.

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

SCAM COMPANY STEER CLEAR!
This company also trade under the names PLMMHERE, MOCADRESS and LOLEMONMINT, which is where I bought a pair of mid-calf length boots from a Facebook ad. The photography used on their website was of Reiker Boots.
The product I have received is nothing like the photo, the boots are made of a cardboard-like material and fuzzy felt. The lace-up panels don't even meet across the top of the foot - and if they got wet they would literally fall apart.
After about 8 or 9 emails, I was offered compensation of $4 and they told me to keep the product and give it to a friend! I have insisted on being given a return address, which is in China and will cost at least another £20 or £30 to send back - at which point they also advised that even if I return the boots, I am NOT GUARANTEED a refund.
I have escalated the issue via PayPal but judging by the comments on here I'm not hopeful. Lesson learned, £30 lost. Never using Facebook ads to buy anything EVER again.

UPDATED NOTE: If you do some digging, you'll find that the 'Excellent' reviews given to Lolemonmint and Imlamour, have been given by the same person who also left excellent reviews for Plmmhere - another company that everyone else is complaining about, also based in China. I'm inclined to think these are all the same company and the person leaving good reviews is an employee.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I STUPIDLY BELIEVED THE HUNDREDS OF GOOD REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK!! I wish I had seen these reviews instead. Ordered arch support leather boots, what arrived was a pair of cheap plastic too small boots, looking nothing like the picture. Delivery from china. No chance of a refund, going to try PayPal. But having read these reviews i think there will be no chance!

Do not buy anything from this company…

Do not buy anything from this company it's a SCAM. I ordered a pair of boots in August after seeing an advert on Facebook. There were 100's of positive comments which now makes me believe they were all fake. I had a tracking number which was all in Chinese so made no sense to me. Then, eventually it said my parcel had been delivered except it hadn't. I contacted them and they said my climbing gear had been delivered; except i'd ordered boots. Then they said I'd been given the wrong tracking number.....this has gone on for weeks. I raised it as a dispute with Paypal, they've investigated it however they've ruled in their favour because they said the seller has provided proof of delivery??? I still dont have the boots and i'm £25 worse off. I wish i'd seen these reviews before I gave them my money. I also think Facebook is at fault for allowing dodgy companys to sell on their platform, especially when they are clearly faking their comments from 'happy customers'. I've tried to report their page to Facebook and funnily enough, the report button is inactive??? Facebook are hideous too!

zero stars. This company is out to scam you!

Only leaving one star as there is not an option for no stars. Ordered some boots from this company via a facebook sponsored ad. 6 weeks later, no boots but a random coat arrived today. Coat is shockingly bad quality and not even my size! I think this is a ploy to get out of giving you a full refund. I paid via paypal so am hoping that I can get my money back. Worryingly there were lots of positive comments on the facebook ads from legitimate British people who had apparently received their items. All I can assume is that these were either fake accounts or they are being paid in some way to do this kind of thing. This has put me off buying anything from any sponsored ad on facebook/instagram. So many scammers out there. Do not give this company any of your money.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The item in the picture may look good but that is NOT what you receive. The quality of the product you receive is atrocious!! The delivery time is also appalling, I suspect the items come from China.

Bad experience. Beware

I have had the same experience with this company as many here. They sent me the wrong size shoe and kept insisting when I complained that I had ordered the wrong size. I asked for an address to return the shoes but they ignored me. Their customer service is NIL. I would never deal with them again. BEWARE

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this dreadful company. I ordered some boots which were uncomfortable and of poor quality. I received automated messages. When I persevered, I received emails to say that they had sent the size that I ordered and offering £1 compensation! These boots were £24.99! What an insult! They refused to change them or refund. Do not buy! Jenny

Omg we're do i start , I ordered boots from a Facebook page , which stated , if they wasn't right you could return them , how wrong was I, I'm now left with a pair of boots I cannot wear , I don't even think there worth any star rating , they should be shut down , it's a total joke , never never buy from these . Also when I emailed them , I got the same automated email six times , when I sent them my next email , they told me to have a nice day , how bloody rude I thought .

At best IMLAMOUR have lousy service. At worse they're fraudulent.

I wish Trustpilot allowed us to give zero stars. I placed an order end August and followed up after about 4 weeks by sending an email. I received a prompt reply which included a tracking number which took me to a site where all information except dates is in Chinese characters so I can understand anything and it doesn't resolve the query at all. The dates also show that the parcel isn't moving and I have doubts on the authenticity of the tracking website. When I followed up again today (7 weeks after order), I received the same email they'd sent before so they clearly just use a template. I'm going to report to PAYPAL and see if they can help resolve this. The true crime here is that enormous organisations like Facebook and Amazon do not do enough due diligence before allowing these fraudulent companies to advertise. Profit before people is the Facebook/Amazon mantra.

Do not purchase

Shoes took weeks to arrive and when they did they are not true to size. One shoe has been made bigger than the other, so one fits but one does not. I have had around 10 emails backwards and forwards to the company but no refund, just fobbing me off. Do not purchase. Give me a refund lmlamour and I will take this review down.

Company does not supply goods ordered but takes payment

I ordered a waterproof coat from this company. They provided a tracking number which didn't work. Contacted them stating item not received. Informed item had been delivered but it was never delivered to me. Requested evidence of delivery; one week on and still waiting. Raised concern with Paypal who also have not received a reply.

Wished I had read this site before…

Wished I had read this site before ordering. Ordered black shoes but beige were sent. Was asked to send photo so they could see and was then told that would I check colour again as they had sent black. My order clearly shows black so they had obviously sent wrong colour. They agreed to refund cost but I had to return item and I would have to pay return cost. Postage £40 for goods costing £25. No way as it was their mistake. Pay pal not much help either. Given up as I am getting so stresed, our of pocket and shoes i won't wear. BUYER BEWARE as they also have other trading names
