I am still waiting for my two pair of boots that i ordered sept 9th says delivery 15days! my first email was answered saying my overdue order had been shipped that was on the 26th sept ! since then the other emails have been bounced back now looking at the reveiws it looks like i wont reiceve my order can ill aford to loose £44 they shouldnt be allowed to advertise its false advertising my big concern is at the top of the page advertising their products they have the trust pilot logo along with various others misleading people to think they are safe to order from !

The company deserves NO STARS.
Unless you have money to waste do not touch this "company?" with a barge pole. Having ordered a pair of shoes which they delivered from China and were the wrong size. They refused to exchange them or refund the cost which breaks UK consumer law. They responded to emails with the same one line response - 7 times!
Except for this email there is no company contact or address. Please warn your friends and family that they are a disreputable "company".

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with i ordered some boots they sent incorrect size and the quality was rubbish .After 35 email sent where they did admit sending incorrect size but asked if I could give them to a friend you can imagine what my reply was .Also reported it to PayPal who also where no help.

Bought something from a Facebook advert (never again!). Described and shown as a thick cable knit cardigan. When it arrived it was terrible quality and really thin. Cost me £20.99 and when I was finally offered a refund via Paypal resolution centre they insisted that it was return at my expense and only via UPS or DHL - to China! Postage cost - £54! so think I might need to keep the cardigan and vow never to buy anything from a Facebook advert again.

I ordered red leather and suede boots size UK8.5
Cheap plastic size 7 replicas turned up. Looked NOTHING like the photo on the advert.
The coat was meant to be UK 4XL... barely fitted my mate who is a size14.
Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and when I asked for money back they refused saying I received what I ordered.
However their advert description clearly stated 'Soft Leather and Suede Boot", the photo on the advert was of a beautiful soft leather and suede boot and my invoice from them stated leather boot. What turned up was a cheap plastic knock off that stank of glue.
Steer well clear.
They also trade under different names.They use temporary web domain names to keep advertising and selling.

SCAM! Only putting one star so I can write SOMETHING but deserves minus stars. My worst ever customer service experience. They are robbing people. Don't go near them! Am reporting to Action Fraud.Police.uk

Poor quality and dreadful fit when trying to ask for return and refund just keep being told they send the right size so no return or refund allowed. Dreadful outfit from China. Just feel scammed.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CROWD.

My wife ordered Black size 6 shoes. They sent light brown (with sparkly bits) size 7.
When asked for a return label and refund 'Mickey Chen' replied that they what was ordered.
We sent them a copy of THEIR email'd Order Summary to which they replied
"We are so sorry for this case. But according to our return policy,if there is no quality problems with the products,it won't be supported to returned or exc hanged. Please note it,
Thanks for your understanding."

The worst Customer service I have ever experienced.

Absolutely shocking that PayPal and Facebook are still allowing this company to advertise and take payment for the shoddy goods they sell, the boots I purchased were poorly manufactured and made of the lowest quality materials. I am honestly shocked at how bad these boots are compared to the lovely glossy photographs and video on their adverts they are no comparison. I complained about the quality and the sizing (way too small for a standard euro size 39 which I am) and my request for a return and refund has got the following reply in very bad English "It is sorry that i won't be supported to replace or return because we sent correct as you ordered before. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. Thanks"

Would leave a minus if I could. Bought comfort shoes for my wife who has terminal cancer and they are wrong colour, poor quality and not at all whats advertised. Total scam company and have ignored numerous emails

Terrible customer service, make sure you order correct size which in my case would have been one size bigger than I usually have...they will not exchange or refund you, they WILL NOT accept your return so you are stuck with their poorly sized, extremely cheap looking item. They will respond to you but will question you till they can then say, well tough luck!

Do not trust this company. They are a scam. They either have knockoff products or will not send the product you purchased at all.

Nothing like the photo. Terrible quality. They say you can return but only accept ups or dhl. This costs more than the price of the goods. They offer this service so they can get away without having to refund via PayPal. DISGRACEFUL . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Facebook should ban these adverts

I bought shoes online- they arrived after 3 weeks. Poor quality and definitely not worth £40 before sale. According to their policy no chance to return or exchange. Avoid!
Update: This is the return address received through Paypal:

I am livid at the way this company deals with their customers, I received so called orthopaedic comfortable shoes which were 2 different sizes and neither orthopaedic nor soft as their advert claimed. I have sent many emails to get nowhere with them. I have now registered help from PayPal and will have no hesitation to escalate this tomorrow with them if I don’t get a full refund by then. It’s shocking that this is allowed to happen. This company takes your money and eventually delivers shoddy, and copied goods made of cheap and nasty materials. If anyone knows of someone with two different sized feet, then I have those shoes! BE WARNED, do not buy from this company.
Update.....I opened a claim through PayPal. The company agreed to refund me in full once I return the parcel to them in China (even though there is a UK address on the label of package I received). They only accept from UPS or DHL. On enquiring, the cost would be twice what I paid for the shoes....£49.95 against £24.99 for the shoes with no guarantee they would actually refund me anyway. They have worn me down. They have no scruples.

Will not refund despite having a 30 day returns policy 🤬🤬

Really wished I'd read the reviews first..my boots arrived a size too small, cheap plastic rubbish..an absolute joke. As others have said it's impossible to contact anyone to speak to. Why is Facebook allowing these scamming companies on their site. Another lesson learnt..don't buy Chinese crap

I have reviewed this company badly based on the cheaply made product/ incorrect sizing sent/ disgraceful customer service. I have since commenced a complaint with Paypal which covers a full refund in light of the company refusing this. Paypal forwarded my complaint and request for refund with no response from the company. Thank goodness for Paypal. Please make sure you read back through the reviews as they are identical. Disgusting.
