I believe this is a new site operating since July 2020. The reviews looked decent on Facebook. The money was taken out of my account. I was sent a tracking number which when used first said order had been shipped, now almost 2 weeks later states website can’t be found when I use the tracking number. I have since found numerous bad reviews for this company. Unfortunately they seemed like a legitimate company. I wish Facebook would vet companies before allowing them to advertise.

I agree with all the other comments - DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Dreadful communication, will not provide return details and you will NEVER get a refund. I had the same problem with them them sending out items in the wrong colour and size and they will never admit that they have failed to comply with your order. Legal action should be taken as they just want your money and are not bothered about any form of customer service. They will also never provide you with contact details so that you can speak to anyone direct. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS THAT THIS SHOULD BE ALLOWED.

If only there's a -0 rating on here then I wouldn't hesitate to do so. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I recently bought a pair of so called orthopedic shoes, ordered my usual UK size thinking they are from this country but it became clear they came from China. The shoes were way too small but was refused point blank either a refund or a replacement. This company doesn't care whatsoever. KEEP WELL AWAY

They are based in China, sent substandard quality, unbranded, ‘orthopaedic’ shoes and will not give a refund unless returned to China! They do not have a UK address and WILL NOT be responsible for return postage. Paid by PayPal but only covers refund if buyer returns good. TOTAL CON

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered some trainers, quality was terrible. Really cheap looking and considering I paid £23.99 I hoped they were going to be nice. I emailed them to ask how I return them. They will not tell me and will not give me a refund. They then offered me $2 in compensation! Told them I did not want any compensation, I just wanted a refund. Then had an email saying they are out of the office! Do not waste your money and do not buy anything from them

The worst experience I’ve ever had. They sent me the wrong shoe size, and not interested in me exchanging them or giving me a refund. This is their words:-
“According to our return policy, if there is no quality problems with the products, it won't be supported to returned or exchanged.“ The customer service is shocking. It’s a pity as the shoes are really nice but just too small, I asked for a UK 4, 37, but they sent me a 36, which are no good to me.

Terrible company that use someone else’s advert with their own heading and blurred out writing. Complete scam and do not trust. The shoes I ordered were so thin they went through the letterbox! Wrong colour, too small and bad smell of glue. Not fit for wear! Avoid and save your money

Ordered 2 of advertised soft woollen Cardigans .. took 7 weeks to arrive , nothing like advertised items , cotton not wool !! 😡. Would not recommend this company .

Dreadful company, waited over 6 weeks already and only now item has been sent to delivery company in China. Will never trust Facebook ads again. Avoid at all costs

THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE A SCAM THATS JUST GETTING RID OF UNSELLABLE STOCK ....... BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered these so called orthopeadic boots and they are nothing like the picture advertised. I ordered them on the 31st July and only just received today. As the previous review says, they are from China , they are stuck together and they smell atrocious of chemicals. They are neither big enough to wear correctly , the zips do not do up and overall a very bad experience. Please do not buy if you have issues with your feet as these are just cheap lookalikes and incorrect sizing for orthopeadic foot issues. 7.5-8 is not at all correct. more like a size 5.
