Less than 10 viewings in a year, out of these only 3 turned up.
An utter waste of my time. When i questioned them about people not turning up i was called a liar by Ryan.
Stick to the high street estate agents. We are getting plenty of good viewings from them now.
I paid good money for this service and they were unwilling to consider a refund.

iMove were fantastic from start to finish and were always at the end of the a phonecall. I would certainly use them again and will recommend iMove to family and friends in future.

Absolutely great from the first minute. The process of loading on details was simple and any issue was quickly and efficiently dealt with by the imovehome team.
The savings that you can make by using imovehome are amazing and nothing is lost by using an online agent who can keep costs so low because they don't spend a fortune on advertising, like some online agents.
Not planning on ever moving again but if we did we would without doubt use imovehome.

Best digital estate agent by far , staff are extremely helpful and polite nothing is to much trouble would recommend the company to my friends who are looking to use digital estate agents in the future

Whilst iMOVEHOME undoubtedly provide a low cost service, you do ultimately get what you pay for. The team there are friendly enough but have made errors with viewings and there has been no consistency in terms of who I have dealt with. Overall I'd say if you are confident that just listing your property on the right sites will lead to a sale then use these guys, but if you want anything more I'd look elsewhere.

This is an easy 5***** rating, imovehome have been exceptional, dealing with the customer service team has been an absolute pleasure, from first point of contact, they are experienced, friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is the best online estate agents that I have ever used the process was very easy and straightforward and the most important part very affordable and trustworthy service.

I sold my property last year with I move home. Loved the fact that you could adjust the package to what you wanted and was amazed at the customer service offered. Always kept informed regarding viewings and often phoned for my feedback or to see if I wanted to adjust anything. You don't get the local knowledge that you would with a local estate agent but you also don't get their biased opinions either. All the staff were polite and friendly and seemed to be available over long hours seven days a week.

On the whole really good but lost a star as put up my advert without having it proofed first, quickly resolved this.

Great service, very organised unlike the buyers solicitors. Thanks for all your help.

I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough - they’ve all been amazing but a special thank you to Rachel. We had a particularly difficult buyer, and lots of problems along the way (nothing to do with imove I hasten to add). Rachel and the team did everything they could to support us at every stage. They were polite, always available on the end of the phone and nothing was too much trouble. They beat the pants off of the well known high street agent who we had originally marketed with. Don’t be put off by the bad press online agents get..... these guys were brilliant.
