Their communication is truly shocking

You call them up to and get promised they would send the details over and ask for all the bank details

The person on the other end said no problem we will get that sent to you

I waited and waited and still no response

To then get a threat with a CCJ when it is on them to provide me with the information

I don’t even want to rate them 1 star

Krisha and the Impakt Claims team managed to claim back life savings that were lost in a scam many years ago.

They was a pleasure to work with and managed to win the case in such a short time. Thank you to the Krisha and the whole team.

I was really well looked after from start to finish with the case and treat with respect, Tom Taylor and the team at impakt went above and beyond with the support provided. It's been a long wait but I've finally got refunded some of my losses from the banks and I'm extremely grateful for the hard work and perseverance from impakt(there was a lot of back and forth with the banks and ombudsman adjudicator)I feel like I can get my life back on track now.

Got to say absolute amazing service.
So far I have had £15k worth of refunds. If your worried about the fee impact claims are worth every penny. Think about it getting a % of something is much better than 100% of nothing.

Overall, great service for my claim. Case was quite long and Impakt dealt with everything very well and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Would have been 5 star but they were a little bit eager for the commission payment when my refund hadn't even cleared in my bank account but it was sorted eventually and everyone is happy

The team managed to secure me a balance reduction over £10k saving me over £400 a month and the best part for this they didn’t charge me a penny for it! I have to write another review since my last one just to highlight how far this company will go to get you what you probably had no idea you be be entitled to due to our own ignorance of how some companys out there will prey on the vulnerable. I've mainly dealt with a guy called Denzel who has not just dealt with one claim he's taken the time out to find other companys that may have miss lent me money I know it's not just denzal and there's a whole team but this guy is exceptional
