If I could give them less than 1 star

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
I requested a refund on 3 out of the 4 items that I ordered from them.

I've written them 4 times in the last two weeks for them to honor their return policy. They stopped writing me after the first email.

My son paid $100 for 2 chains, come to find out very fake and will turn skin green, (that's what fake stuff do), jewler said fake before he took put of package, I'm going to get his $$ back, I hate thiefs.

Definitely Taking A Risk

I bought several pieces; however, I sent a chain back for a different size. They acknowledged in writing receiving the chain and gave excuses they were behind on shipments. Bottom line I never received the chain or my money, since late April. Good luck with these guys. If it’s too good to be true, it’s not good at all.

Fraudulent Return and Exchange Policy

I ordered a chain and 3 bracelets from Imperium and had to return the chain and two of the bracelets in June because their silver pieces look cheap. The third bracelet was supposed to be exchanged for a smaller size. I have confirmation that they received the items but still have not received the refund for the silver chain and two bracelets. The exchange for the 3rd bracelet wasn’t even the same bracelet. They sent me another silver bracelet! The only way to contact them is through email. I’ve sent Several emails with NO response! Their return/exchange policy is fraudulent. Better Business Bureau is my next recourse. I need my money back!

DO NOT buy from Imperium Jewerly | BEWARE of the Scam!!!

I made a purchase from Imperium Jewerly for 2 pieces on 6/18 for a big event I am attending next week. The site said orders would be shipped in 2 days, so I was encouraged by the fact that they would arrive within 3-4 days at the latest. But more than a week later I have NOT received anything and they have charged my credit card. I have been watching the tracking number everyday and it says USPS is waiting for the package from Imperium. I sent 2 messages with my order number to Imperium via their website asking for an update and received no response. I found a "Gmail" address on the internet associated with their so-called customer service contact and followed up with another email (my 3rd), but received no response.

I am now reading all of these poor reviews of many customer's horrible experiences with them and fear that I have been SCAMMED. There is NO phone number on their site to call or contact to inquire about the status of your product.

It's unfortunate. I am about to post about this experience on my IG page to warn my 213k+ followers against making any purchases with Imperium Jewerly.

DO NOT buy from Imperium Jewerly. Thank God i limited myself with the amount purchased. Charging customers for products they won't receive is criminal. It's no wonder why, if you read all of the reviews, that they ONLYrespond to the few that are positive. They purposely ignore all of the paying customers they've scammed.

Didn't Receive Product / No Response

We placed out order on June 6th, 2024 and was told it would be 2 day shipping. We have yet to receive our product. Our 8 year old saved his money up to buy his necklaces and now he doesn't have them. We've sent 4 emails and tried to chat online twice with no response. Will be reaching out to dispute charges if we don't hear back today.

i placed an order 6-6th mostly becasue of the website stating the quick turn around and delivery. 6-7th i sent a chat - as it states they respond within a few minutes - i am yet to get any kind of reply. no phone number to call - no way to check order status on website - i was hoping the positive reviews were more accurate than the negative ones but i am second guessing myself now. of course money was taken out of my account asap. i will contact BBB if i do not have a response by EOBD today

No issues here whatsoever; very pleased 👌

…so I’m unsure what has triggered the littered amount of negative comments, but I can only speak of my experience: flawless. When I placed my ordered May 21, I received confirmation less than 24 hours afterwards (5MM 20” Cuban gold chain) that it was being shipped (USPS Ground Advantage from Miami, FL). From the day it shipped, with a tracking number provided, to the day received, I was never in doubt I’d receive the item. It took just over a week to receive, namely because I’m located on the West coast AND shipment was in route during a holiday (Memorial Day on Monday; no postal service delivery).
The quality? Excellent. Stamped on the box clasp is Imperium’s logo with flawless quality throughout. My only (minor) complaint is that I did NOT receive the mobile jewelry bag as stated (none was enclosed in the package).
My overall recommendation would be to roll with Imperium as I’ve encountered no issues whatsoever—in fact, I’ve already ordered a Cuban bracelet, too!

This must be a total scam!

This must be a total scam! I ordered a chain on May 10, 2024, never received the item. Paid it in full. They provided me a bogus USPS Tracking Code. No customer service number , and they don’t respond to emails. Crooks!

This chains are everything!!!! It looks really nice! The customer service is really helpful and response back quickly. If our problem happens, I will be ordering more chains from here. This will be my go to site.

Non existent refund process

Ordered and received products that did not fit correctly. I was assured I would get a refund. They have now had my returned products for over a week and I still have no update on my refund. Definitely feel like I've been scammed out of my money. Do not recommend this experience

Wrong item was sent

Wrong item was sent, box was damaged . Surprise duty was charged upon delivery. Tried to return and waited weeks without an answer. Finally someone responded that the correct item would be mailed. Asked if duty would be charged again and they said it was out of their control once it left the country.
Told them not to send it and perhaps a store credit could be issued to use at a later time . No answer yet again.
