Opened the box and was blown away by the quality. I ordered a 20 in 5 mm cuban link and a 3mm cuban link. The 3mm fit perfect but the 5mm was too small. Customer service was great and easy. My new chain is already on its way 2 business days later. Great experience all around will definitely recommend.

I returned a necklace on January 17th that I had purchased with affirm. It is 2 days away from being a month since my return and they have yet to process the return!!
I have reached out through their website and have not heard anything! And I call them and just get voicemail! I am fuming mad! 😡 I’d be careful ordering from these people!!

Excellent Quality of Jewelry
My experience was great with the representative from Impermium Jewelry. The customer service was excellent as well. They didn't take a longtime to reach back to me from my concerns on some jewelry I ordered from them. I’m giving 5 stars because of their customer service. I ordered an 18” Cuban chain with a cross , and once I got it, I realized the chain was too small, as well as the loop on the cross to fit that chain. They are now sending me a 24” chain at NO EXTRA COST, as well as a 24” rope chain that actually does fit the cross…completely FREE! Are you kidding?! Who does that?! Imperium, thank you!!
