“Instant quote”, shame they can’t offer instant service.

If you want to be spoken to like garbage, then book this car park. From start to finish, appalling service. Rude and arrogant staff.

When dropping the cars off, the man who was taking my keys, was abrupt, rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. It was like walking on egg shells with him.

On our return, when we landed, we rang the office to say we had landed 22:29pm ( as instructed on drop off) this was apparently wrong of me and had my ear bit off. Collected luggage and then rang them back, to be told “ right walk to the pick up point then” … which we did (22:57)

No sign of mini bus anywhere ( 5 min drive from the airport) rang back the office at 23:08 and 23:10 where we was greeted by the unpleasant Leon. Leon stated we where at the incorrect collection point ( we was at the point where we where dropped off and they stated this is where we will collect you),
Leon continued to argue this and then defensively started to argue “ well let
me ask you this, have you paid the £10”. Apparently at that point it was a £10 fee for pick up and transfer back to our car. This is NOT stated on their website and it is made very clear on the website upon booking “our shuttle bus transfer to the airport terminal and back on your return”. Not only were we waiting for our transfer, there were others also including children. Eventually after standing in the freezing cold, tired on a car park our minibus arrived doing approx 50mph or something ridiculous. Once we had gotten in the vehicle they continued to argue that their staff had not given us inconsistent information, resulting in this poor poor service. Although there was a young child in the vehicle they drove stupidly and also played inappropriate music for a child to listen to.

Once we got back to the office, they gave car keys out without checking any form of ID or anything!

Avoid at all costs, pay a bit more and park on the airport. Save yourself the hassle.

Awful service. Our flight was delayed we rang the office with big amount of time to let them know, when we arrived (midnight) they couldn’t find our car, and instead of finding it they made us wait cause it was more people in the airport waiting. Absolutely disgusting, I’m pregnant they let me outside at midnight freezing. Their excuse was no one comunícate them we were gonna be late, that’s not our fault, communicate better between yourselves instead of blaming the costumer. Don’t use them, staff is rude and service is ridiculous

Good price, excellent service and communication. Our flight was delayed but no extra cost for parking etc. Friendly staff and great driver of the shuttle bus to the airport which is only 5 minutes from the car park.
Easy to find using sat nav.
Will 100% use again.

Awful experience with these utter cowboys. We booked 2 parking spaces for a family trip to Northern Ireland.
Firstly we received no email confirmation from them.
Unfortunately then a member of our party became seriously ill and was no longer able to make the trip. We attempted to cancel the bookings and we were met with nothing but attitude. The minute small print at the bottom of their awful website advises that they offer a no refund policy. We can have a credit note for the next time we fly from Liverpool (which we never do as we live 40 minutes from Manchester and we were only going from Liverpool because we were going to Northern Ireland.
They told us to call back and speak to the owner and we tried that today. More attitude and ‘we don’t have to tell you our terms and conditions because they are on the website’. They had one of the cars booked as a Mazda (it isn’t).

Absolute rip off merchant cowboys. The last few weeks have been stressful enough dealing with a seriously ill elderly relative without also having to deal with this. Frankly the experience we’ve had with them so far makes me feel that I wouldn’t trust them with my car anyway at this point.

Only 2 buses and you may have to wait over 1/2 hour before you are picked up.

Just tried to redeem our parking when holiday was cancelled covid. Guy on phone said they have new owners and can’t honour booking something tells me they are lying t——ts do not use.

Booked these as they offer a great deal and we needed parking on a budget. Two days after I booked my space our airline changed the departure airport from Liverpool to Manchester. When I contacted them they would not refund so lost my money! Shocking as it’s easy to resell the space. Ignored all my emails too!
Strongly recommend you do not use this company!

Poor service, only 1 vehicle and it had seen better days, driver not very smart. In the middle of nowhere, couldn't find the place, sat nav postcode incorrect. Drop off and pick up miles away. Was told on return we could have been taken and picked up from the airport door for £4 each way. This was not offered on booking.

Used In2carparks from 30 March to 5 April 2022. For the price we couldn’t fault them. Read many reviews beforehand, some not too complementary however found them efficient, helpful, punctual and courteous. Arrived at c0500 and had a bit of trouble finding them so called and a driver came out immediately to guide us in. No waiting around. Upon our return called them from the terminal and the driver was already on his way to get us back to our car in 5 minutes. I’d have no hesitation in using them again. Great value!

Used this company second and last time.
On the way to airport we were told we need to pay £4 car park fee or we’ll be dropped somewhere where we’ll have to walk for approx 10 mins, me and my friend and one couple went halves and paid. Upon return I’ve asked to come to the car park to pick up us up, I confirm we can pay £4. However someone else went in the bus so I kindly asked if the person will chip in, the driver started to shout at us, saying we said we gonna pay, but I said we gonna pay for 3 of us; not someone else. Disgusting attitude, especially after waiting for 20 mins in a cold. Will never use them again

Firstly I thought how Easy it was to find the location, gentleman in office that took us to airport was very friendly.
Then as we approached airport we were taken to the far end car park to the right of the airport called free drop off. We had to walk 10 mins to get to airport.
On return I rang to say we had luggage and lady said go to your collection point and driver will be there In 10 mins. It was cold, windy and heavy rain so 10 mins walk. We waited another 15 mins for the bus, I had to ring to chase where he was and lady said he was at airport picking others up first that pay for collection, we are a free pick up. Then when he arrived only 8 could get on bus, there were another 9 waiting so they had to wait even longer!!
I won't be paying the cheaper amount again as the £10 I saved using this company I may as well have parked in the car park by the airport as it was closer to walk to and would have been on my way home 30 mins earlier.
It needs to be clearer that you DO NOT get dropped and collected at the airport.

Have used these many times before,but now upon drop off they explain you now get dropped off 1/4 mile away from terminal or you pay driver £4 to drop you at drop off point at terminal,upon return we had to pay again,3 families in mini bus but only us again charged £4,will not use again

“**CAR DAMAGE**
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! met by a very rude man at 3am in the morning demanding an extra £3 who barked at me when I didn’t have change. Transported in a van meant for maximum of 8 but squeezed 2 extra people in. Worst thing is DAMAGE TO MY CAR ON RETURN. Some sort of green paint over the rear of my car and scratches on my bumper. I only noticed this as I parked up at the petrol station nearby. Called up and was told manager would call back after inspecting CCTV. Needless to say no phone call back. After checking reviews on this company I found other people had damaged vehicles. Absolute COWBOY company.

This car park is cheap but there are reasons for this! Firstly, REALLY hard to find from their directions. Also, the postcode on the website is no where near where they are. Lady on reception nice enough, mini bus drivers had faces like smacked bums. However our biggest problem was that we noted our mileage when we left our SILVER (same as theirs) mini bus. We are certain that they’ve used it for some runs to the airport whilst it’s been in their care. WE have no way of proofing this and from some of the reviews I’ve read, there’s no point complaining as it will be met with a volley of abuse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My flight was cancelled because of covid and obviously I wanted to cancel this parking but the man on the phone was so rude basically he asked me to call after my booking is due which obviously it will be too late. He was shouting at me only cause I did not want to give up. I was just trying to get someone who can help me if he was not able to.He handed up the phone whilst I was talking. Does anyone have another number to call a manager or someone else??? Please help!!!!!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK AIRPORT CAR PARKING WITH IN2CARPARKS! Needed to amend our parking dates, did not respond to messages and no answer on phones. Basically stole our money. Disgusting service.

Shocking service. Our holiday was cancelled and so emailed 3 times to ask about changing date of car park. Never got a reply. Lost the money. Won't use again

AWFUL!!!!! We had just arrived and waiting for our pickup, had to call 24 times to get them to answer the phone, driver said he was there 2 mins ago and that we were lying about standing there for 15 mins waiting.
Once he drove back to get us, gave me awful abuse in the mini van, shouted at me and screamed I should get my facts right and said that I had called him a liar when I hadn’t, I ignored him and cried. NEVER will I use this company again. Also reckless driving and on the phone whilst driving. Did not feel safe.

Went with this company due to the cheapest option. Regret my decision now. In return we waited 25 mins in the cold for the shuffle bus. In return to my car, my battery had died, steering belt was broken and my front registration plate was cracked. 3hrs later we finally got home after getting towed by RAC but its cost 180 so far plus the cost of a new belt. Would recommend people pay more and don't you leave your car with these

They damaged my car inside - a deep scratch on a wheel player button, and outside - a crack on a passenger mirror shell. Player and other settings were changed. It looks like they took my car for a fun ride.
Not to mention additional £3 per person transfer charges.
After reading other reviews I guess there is no point even to speak to them.
Disgusting service. Avoid.
