I had a floor clause claim with Lexland…

I had a floor clause claim with Lexland lawyers. I was told that my claim went to court and was not contested. and therefore I had won my case, that was in 2015. So, here we are in 2026 and still no money. Like the other people on here all I get is the standard e-mail with the same wording. I don’t understand how the bank can contest or delay the payments after they didn’t contest the claim.

Very poor Service and Communication

Every time I ask for an accurate update, all i get is an AI generated diatribe with no accurate information, I successfully wwon a case with legalbono, overall took about 7 yrs, my current case has been ongoing for over 15years, initial purchase was in 2001.

Lets get the moneys we deserve

Well following the usual gibberish reply to my concerned post i am intend to take action against the lady who accepted my claim 8 years ago when they previously traded as Lexland lawyers
Who accepted my case and is responsible for the actions which have concerned me and any one elsewho hoped for a fair resolution to their concerns and will welcome any sharing of the costs

HOW CAN YOU DO THIS TO PEOPLE?

These people seem utterly uninterested in helping their clients and are obviously incredibly incompetent.

I had a hip replacement operation which became infected leading to 4 further operations and disfigurement.
This company promoted their services, and the timeline went ahead as below: -

On 19/8/2021 (Legalbono) "Case has been assessed to be viable".
6/12/2021(Legalbono) "We have received the policy yesterday to allow us to pursue the law suit against the hospital".
I tried to contact them on 14/2/2022, 10/5/2022, 21/6/2022, and 28/6/2022 via email and even drove to their office 3 times. Each time I actually managed to get a reply the story was the same...'These things take time, but the case is going ahead'.

NEVER HEARD ANOTHER THING UNTIL THIS MORNING.

Received an email from this excuse for a company informing me that my medical negligence case has been dismissed, and I now have a bill for costs of euro21,000 which I have to find in 20 working days!

The email states and I quote: -
"Considering you approached us six months after the intervention, it was concluded that the operation was not the cause of your current issues, and thus the causal link could not be established".
This completely goes against the information received 19/8/2021. Only took 3 years and 7 months!
I quote again: -
"The decree has been approved, and we will not be covering these costs as we were not provided with all the necessary information for the proper foundation of the lawsuit"
This is a BLATANT LIE as every letter, report and any relevant information was supplied to them.

I have emailed them immediately and left messages to call me on their website today and surprise, surprise, they have totally ignored me.

DEAR PEOPLE, please learn from my experience with this awful, awful company who do not care about your situation and who, it appears from reading many negative reviews on this platform, want to take as much money from you as possible, if they can even be bothered to fight for you!
PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. CARRYOUT SOME RESEARCH AND ENGAGE A REPUTABLE COMPANY SHOULD YOU FIND YOURSELF IN AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION.

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. Whatever you do do not get involved with them as it is a scam! My mum signed an agreement with them for no win no fee off plan property claim. The contract she signed states that a fee will only be charged when rendering of services has been fully or partially successful yet they have sent her a 17000 Euro bill after losing. They do not answer any e-mails and you can’t contact them. They have put so much stress on her she was rushed to hospital at nearly 80 years old. I have since checked them out and am certain it’s a scam. I have read about Spanish property scams online and IN99 tick every box. I have now had to get in contact with the solicitor governing bodies in Spain about them. Avoid at all costs!!!

not trustworthy - no reaction to emails

I have once filled in an online form to check, if it is possible to claim a refund for a flight delay.
They still send me emails, EVEN TOUGH I TOLD THEM SEVERAL TIMES VIA EMAIL THAT I DONT WANT TO PROCEED WITH THIS.
THere is no way to contact them and they ignore my emails. Can I do something, to stop with my case.

I have been advised by in99 that the Courts decision is now final and a judgement has been made in my favour. Refund has been promised accordingly but I now cannot contact this Company. Very frustrating and I am beginning to think that this Company may not be trustworthy.

Have had claims going back to Lexland…2015

Have had claims going back to Lexland Lawers 2015, taken over by Legalbone then in99. I have 4 claims outstanding with every month pushed back. Latest 2025 to 2027. Wish I hadn't bothered. Son has 3 claims, no update whe in99 took over. I accept there are is a major backlog but come on nearly 10 years. Basically terrible company for replying and used them rather that direct to banks. Basically, its spain nobody tells you anything, always mañana. Maybe I was a bit hasty with this review. I will send the details tomorrow. Thank You.
I have now sent an email to you with the information requested. All references have been added.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. A year ago I was advised by them that our claim for mortgage floor clause had been awarded to us by the court. To date despite sending ma y emails requesting updates I get no response from them. Annoyingly our Spanish lawyers too have requested information from them and they have had no response either. Disgraceful and discourteous behaviour.

Scammers took mortgage interest…

In99 are Scammers - they took mortgage interest overpayment. They will not respond despite several demands by email for full company and claim details. The ONLY way to contact them is by email, and they ignore it unless they think there is more business in it for them. They hold my money. My estimate is loss of 10000 euros. Is there someone who can help with a prosecution?

They sent me an email stating they were processing my claim, guess what - they have not supplied a contact name or phone number and they have not progressed my claim which I apparently won in court a year ago.

I had a fantastic experience with…

I had a fantastic experience with IN99.com. After my flight was delayed for over six hours, I didn't expect much compensation. However, IN99.com managed to secure a significantly larger amount than I offered later by the airline. Their customer support was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, and the entire claim was settled much faster than I anticipated. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with flight issues!
