Exceptional service

1st let me say- you always do well!

1st let me say - you always do well!

I have ordered this particularparticular insense before from you - French Lavender and for me, it is a divine & heavenly scent.

I am particularly in need of it now as I sustained an injury and am confined to my flat with many, many professionals coming to see me daily. Additionally I am a smoker and I would never subject any visitor to the smell of stale cigarettes, opening windows before they arrive and lighting a stick of French Lavender always does the trick.

So, thank you for your wide range of choices that suit anyone's preference.

On requesting out of stock item

On requesting out of stock item, business owner ordered promptly. I received an email advising it was back in stock offering for one to be held especially for me until I purchased it. Really lovely customer service and care to attention. Received item swiftly. Would highly recommend. Have been shopping at this website since at least 2010 and never been disappointed.
