Item ordered on 6 Aor 24, despatched on 24 April (1st class post). Item hasn't arrived by 1 May so contacted seller. Initial email from seller advised to contact him on 4 May if item still not arrived and he'd issue replacement. Did this, no reply so forced to contact PayPal for a refund on 8 May 24 and sourced a replacement head collar from another supplier.

Really happy with the Safesnap Zorb Maxway leads, have brought these from Indi Dog before and would always use these over any other type of lead for my dog. The turn around time was very quick and the quality is great. Especially love the safesnap clips as it stops my dog unclipping herself when she decides to roll on the grass.

Fabulous dog lead, strong
and well made. Made to order, so I had to wait a little while for delivery. That was fine and expected. I particularly like the handle close to where the lead clips to my dogs collar. He is reactive and it means I have good control of him when I meet another dog. Very pleased with my purchase, thank you 😊

Another beautifully made houdini harness. I ordered in the (Hope for Podencos colourways) It's absolutely lovely, cheerful and bright. Also it fits my dog perfectly with it being adjustable. I have no doubt that I will be placing more orders in the future

Some misunderstanding on delivery time , as didn’t know the items were made to order; so took a couple of weeks to arrive.
When I queried, I did get an email explaining, although to track the order, you do need to download the “shop” app which I didn’t have.

Ordered a walking belt a month ago took my money and i have not recieved anything!
No tracking or updates available, and the company won't answer my email either. If you cannot fulfill orders or provide any customer service I would cease trading! Avoid as they're clearly scammers! Read Google reviews aswell!!

We received an Indi Dog harness with our Chinese meat trade survivor rescue greyhound, Sid, which we thought was great, although it was maxed out on all the adjustments as he's a big lad. When the rescue who saved him promoted the Indi Dog harnesses on their Facebook page, we decided to get an XL one for Sid, and an L for our other rescue greyhound, Gracie, plus we wanted to get them matching ones colour-wise.

I used the chatbot facility on Indi Dog's website, which is connected directly to Sid, the owner of Indi Dog, where I was able to ask questions, send photos, etc. to ensure that we ordered the correct sizes, and so forth. There are many webbing/padding combinations to choose from as well as various options for clips, grab handle, etc. The harnesses took around 3 weeks to arrive, and we could not be more happy with the quality. I highly recommend these harnesses, as they have a huge amount of adjustability and give the peace of mind that your dog will be secure and unable to wriggle out of them if they tend to be escape artists!

Excellent product, friendly service. I have several of both styles of harnesses and wouldn’t be without them.

I have always had my harnesses from here as they fit so well and have a front ring. the life span seems to be 2 years until it wears. Hand made and Amazing quality.
