The boxes that I ordered arrived…
The boxes that I ordered arrived quickly. They are sturdy and of good quality. The colour was not what I expected. The description said ivory however they are more green in colour. Size was perfect for 9 ladoos.

In the midst of Wedding!
I ordered them at short notice and they were delivered promptly. Good packaging. Easy to use, fold open and pack with sweets of our choice. I loved the look and design of the box.

Boxes arrived damaged, 0 after sales service.
We ordered their "luxury" boxes, 15 of the 45 boxes arrived damaged, when we contacted them, they asked for proof after providing all kinds of photos and videos, they simply disappeared. No replies or calls answered.
After paying a premium price, this was the least expected.
Highly disappointed.
Replying to your reply here - All details were given and all photos were sent. The outside box was not damaged as I had already told you guys before.
Usable? Really? Well, yes they can still carry the sweets, but why am I having to make do with them when I have paid a premium price?
Replacement was of no use as I had already mentioned because it was too late.

Thank you for getting in touch. A full replacement was offered as some light cosmetic stain had occurred whilst in carriage not during manufacturing. These are still usable, We are awaiting the outer packaging picture, so we can claim via DPD for the damage.
