Only a three
Only a three? This had to be done the day before we travelled. Kit ordered 5 or 6 days before required and received the very next day. So far excellent, 5 star at this point. 24 hours before travel and followed the instructions to the letter, easy peasey, still 5 star. Then tried to get the ID number through the app and it wasn't recognised. Had to email/message the company and this is where it got decidedly stressful. Eventuallly got new id numbers but this is not the stress you need to go through. It also appears to be a common fault judging by the comments. You also have to rely on somebody reading the messages as there is no contact number

This website is probably a scam. We had to email numerous times for the company to allow us access the site for the testing kits that we paid for and had delivered to our flights. It took a lot of stress and approximately 2 hours of emailing and repeated logging in and out of the website.
My cousin also ordered from the company and did not get her covid test certificates in time for travel.
Save yourself a headache and do it somewhere else

The code doesnt work to put on the website to register
The code on the paper bit doesnt work so I cant log the results - not good when you take this 24 hours before you fly
Terrible
We were due to travel as a family to the US and needed to take supervised tests. We booked two separate video calls, with two of us to take the test at 9.10am and the remaining three at noon. I received one invitation via email and my husband the other. In my invitation, there was no link to the video call, but I didn't realise this until the night before our test. I emailed customer service several times, marking emails as URGENT, but nobody replied. I hoped that they would be able to squeeze all five tests into our call at noon. We logged into the call but just got a black screen. I learned (once we were in the US) that they sent us the incorrect link. Without a single test done, we then had an awful panic, and had to arrange last minute supervised tests at a clinic. Indigo apologized the following week and sent us a refund, but to have made not just one but two mistakes was quite shocking. This, combined with having to make an unplanned last minute nearly two hour round trip to get tests done the day before we flew made for an extremely stressful day.
Unprofessional
I purchased 2 test kits, carried out the test and sent Hr Abdirahman to help with the certificates as he told me that you close at 8pm. Only for him to send the certificates 12 hours later from when I sent him the test details. I sent an email detailing my frustration and received no response from him. This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever received.

Great customer service. We booked and paid for a Day 2 test and obtained the number we needed for the locator form. The requirement of either of the above was cancelled before we returned home. Indigo were very prompt to advise me to return the package and they would refund. They did this very quickly for me.

Kit ID’s not recognised
Received these in good time, however none of the kit ID numbers were recognised and there was no phone number listed anywhere that I could call. After composing myself after massive meltdown I emailed the company and hoped for the best. Within 2 minutes I received an email with 2 new ID numbers which was great. The only other issue was that you are unable to upload from a mobile phone - mine wouldn’t save so I resorted to my trusty laptop and it saved straightaway. The certificate came through within a minute.
Only 3 stars as the codes weren’t recognised and there’s no phone number to call and then the inability to save on your phone which means I’m going to have to take my laptop with me on holiday which I didn’t really want to.
The plus side is they responded within minutes with codes that worked - it was just a shame to suffer the stress and panic a few hours before you were due to travel down to the airport hotel.

But Christelle was single handedly working overtime to get my friends and I certified before travelling tomorrow.

Bought 3 tests, 1 test would not register, contacted company advised unable to return as it had been opened. Took the test before trying to register it. Very unhelpful and will not use this company again
